Big headache! Don’t even try.
I signed up on June 2nd for free 30 days trial, and I called them to cancel on June 3rd as I was charged $4.99 twice for something that was supposed to be free for 30days and it didn’t even work. I had to call 4 times to get my refund and everytime they were telling me they will refund. It was a big headache for me and I recommend not to even give it a try, otherwise you have to waste your time to get your money back!

Company people are scammers.. worst customer service reps on the job .. only care about getting money by doing false promises of content delivery but failed to deliver and inform about content unavailability and yet charge high amounts in the name of prorated charges.

Originally it was one time buy then started asking for yearly subscription. Now started putting up lot of local advertisements.

I’ve had the Jadootv app on the Appletv for a year. I give it two star for the Persian tv shows with low quality and long outdated obnoxious Iranian advertisements. The account constantly logs me out and many times blocks my access all together for absolutely no reason, I had to call them once a month to get my account unblocked again.
Jadoo TV Box is not recommended due to its forced subscription requirements
I bought Jadoo5 around 3 years ago. At that time, the box was sold to me as a one time cost where I can watch and use the box as needed.
About 6 to 10 months ago, I started getting a message on my Jadoo TV box saying the subscription is expiring. When I bought this box, there was no requirement of a subscription. I feel cheated by Jadoo as the subscription requirement was not there when I bought the box. I am devastated and will never recommend anyone to buy these cheaters box.

They just take your money and do not provide you with any sort of useful service. There is nobody in the customer service to answer your contacts! They just steal your money! I do not recommend it at all.
