Bought this device for $380
After a year they started asking for $120 for another year $220 for two years
When we bought it we got told its lifetime subscription
So wrong information for selling the products
Which never worked properly ever
I would not recommend anyone buying their products ever
Its a rip off

Last time I used this incredibly slow and unfriendly user service was in 2018, three years ago. I dont have my credit card saved on my account either.

But somehow they have saved my credit card, so they randomly charged me for nothing this week, when I approach the costumer service about this (email ofc beacuse they cheaped out), they act like they dont know and have the audacity to tell me that someone else maybe subscribed from my card...

I provided them with all the information from my bank and now they dont even respond back. Covid turned them into thieves.

Best choice for watchin Persian contents i feel happy that i purchased subscription from them. good service with good customer service.

It is a total waste of money. After my free trial I have subscribed month to month. But every month my service got disconnected and when you call they say your free trial has finished and you need to subscribe. There is nobody in billing department to talk and you have to email and it may take up to 3 days to get your service back.
Apart from this it is not user friendly . You are not able to resume where you were at. If you are at episode 100 you have to pass all from beginning to reach to the 101.
Nit worth the money. Not recommend at all.

They have stupid CSR, they don’t know how to talk and how to behave with customers. I will not recommend to purchase anything from jadoo tv.

Do not buy please it’s a scam with a bunch of useless channels email and calls no response at all. I am giving jadoo7 -100

I got Jadoo 4 3-4 years ago. Initially, it worked ok but with the arrival of their new version, they purposely sent updates to the old one that it got extremely slow to the point that it is not worth turning it on. Do not buy it!

i called tech support 1 month ago they said we r aware of problem and working to improve month latter same garbage .by the way ads r working clear and good.

It has all the afgan programs you wish, and my family uses it all the time, the box itself runs android, which means you can run emulators for games and free mobile games on to it, but a few problems, First, Jadoo4Q boxes wont boot and cut to black when a microSD card's inserted, second, the reset button on Jadoo5S bricks it for a few hours, than it boots up like nothing ever happened. I am exited to extract the APK files from it and benchmark it.

I wish I could give -5. This is such a poor service and ever worse customer support. subscribed on a monthly plan with autopay. every month the service is disconnected. Must call and stay on hold for long time for a rude person to respond. Blames all their short comings on the customer. (you did not register right, your credit card was denied, your bank rejected the transaction !!!). no accountability. very rude. disappointing.

I bought Jadoo 7 like 2 days ago. 2 april 2021. IT comes with no activation code or not even a single email regarding configuration guide. After registering device with my email address, There are very few content to watch which is useless and those content are even available free to watch on youtube lolz. like not enough channels. Videos and dramas all old series are working but all latest episodes they giving error. I email them but no response, i email twice but still no response. after experiencing all these on first day so i finally decided to use the device 2nd day and got another surprise that device stuck into startup screen. Looks like they did it on purpose and inject some code into my device online to mess up with the device startup. Once again, email 2 more times to fix this issue but still no response.

I was going to buy but after reading reviews I think the only Jadoo these guys will do is on your money . ‘Jadoo’ Se apke paise gayab 🤓🤓

Big scam. Bought Jadoo 4 few years ago saying life time subscription, stopped in middle asking money for subscription.

Bought jadoo4,couple of years ago supposed to go lifetime but stopped in middle asking for subscription. And read reviews about jadoo tv in few other countries, and found it is a clear SCAM, people beware don't buy this project. Before you buy please check reviews on google about jadoo tv.

I bought my jadoo7 recently online and since day one have problem after sending it for repair and pay for the postage still have problem
Jadoo call devices is so bad and hard to find someone to talk
Look like a professional scam 🥺
