I pay monthly for Jadoo app on my smart Tv LG. The app works up to 100 episodes of a drama, for example, a drama with 200 episodes. If you search for more episodes then it says free up more space and disconnect. You lose all your search then you have to do it all over again and, each time is the same. Even, they don’t have the option of search to type the name of a drama and episode number. Very weak and poor quality app! You don’t get any support to fix your problem. They don’t care about customer’s satisfaction but They want to make money. My problem is going on for all month and each time I am looking if they update the app but nothing! Don't buy it. It is a waste of money. 👎👎😐

Their customer service is nothing but a joke. They are not knowledgable and most of the time they have no idea how to fix/resolve the issues. The worst system I have ever seen and will not recommended even to my enemies. I have no idea why they are still in business in spite of all the bad reviews.

Bought Jadootv 7 few days ago, I had used the previous Jadootv boxes which were ok. This one no channels, wronge adaptor and as usual no solutions on customer support. Do not waste your money on this product.

They have stupid CSR, they don’t know how to talk and how to behave with customers. I will not recommend to purchase anything from jadoo tv.

ATTENTION please don’t buy these Jacob tv devices they are big lier and have crap customer service, device it self is very bad as you wouldn’t be getting what you paid for, majority of channels are always out of service and if you enquire them they will see we update channel list time to time but in reality they never. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON JADOO DEVICE.

The programmes are not live. For example, a channel could be showing a live football match but on jadoo something completely different is shown on the same channel.

Jadoo TV NZ has decided to charge a subscription fee while advertising free to air channels. This is against the consumer act in NZ.
I encourage everyone to complaint to Consumer NZ.

Jadoo is ripping off it's customer. I have jadoo in Australia. There is no mentioned of subscription we bought it for 250 dollars. All of sudden they sending message that our subscription is finish and other 100 dollar to continue. Although my box said I have time until 2021. when called them and ask them why to stopped, i have until 2021. all of sudden they change date of end. DO NOT BUY ANY OF JADOO PRODUCT THEY THEIFES AND "HARAM ZADAY"

Do not waste your money and time. All good and live channels dispanser and never back. I called them several times no answer. Garbage!!!!

Save your money guys and DON'T get scammed by JADOO TV. I have this box for 2yrs and not a single channel worked for a day. After few days we started only watching recorded bcoz there was no live tv. Then after few months there was no new episodes in recorded either. Every channel you click will say, " temporarily unavailable" and after 2 yrs it's same. Now there is a msg to pay another subscription of $100 but for WHAT?

This box don’t work it’s say error to most of channels now it say to pay $100 or upgrade to jadoo 7 for $249 west of money bad product which never work each few months some how they getting our money for the products which never work properly. They keep making jadoo boxes to get our money

This box is getting worst. No live tv.. they are faking in the advertisement. Dont buy it. It's a waste of money.

jadoo5 doesn't have emedia and no good channels to watch. Movies are old and never updated. Most of the VOD are from YouTube and not other places.
They should shutdown the business, they are just scamming to get people like us to buy the device which is trash.

It is too late for me but we had a Jaadoo TV4 box few few months. It never was great and barely worked. It has only couple of functional channels that are also available for free online. However, here is the real issue: We started to see a message that we now have to pay $100 for box to work. It was a free box and bought with this promise. I called the support number for Australia and fake American accent desi guy told me that company has recently changed its policy and now we have to pay. These jokers have picked a random number $100 to pay and do not realise that I actually work in legal profession. I intend to make a formal complain to police for scam and also to ACCC! Please save your money and time and DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I am writing this review because Jadoo TV has not improved over time. The interface is fine, but content is not there. Three of the major networks are missing. Dramas series are also not there. App security and on web is poor. Certificate errors and login credentials are not safe. I spoke to a tech support who reset my password and said that would be the password onwards. That means if you I reset it, it won't work. That is not good security at all. My request to Jadoo management is you need to tighten security on the app and on the box. US users do care about tight security on their apps and devices. Also, talk to big Pakistani networks and buy their content and make them available to us - we will pay for the service. At this time without good security and lack of streaming will drive the company to dust. My 2 star review.
