The 3 items I ordered for holiday gifts arrived in January, probably from China…..not Wyoming. I fairly certain these 3 women do not “craft” these items. I did complain and was given a credit which has not been used yet. That is why I gave this review more than a 0.

Saw this site just over 2 weeks ago and fell in love with everything they have. Right after Christmas, money was tight so I broke into my secret stash and got me a early Birthday Gift. Delivery only 9 days. Will post photo on FB!!

Pure junk and total fraud. I shouldn't have trusted the glowing Trustpilot reviews on their website. Item arrived nothing like pictured. Kept getting updates that they were "crafting" my jewelry, when in reality it was on a boat from China. Requested refund and they ghosted me. They had no consideration for me so I am disputing the charge with my card issuer. Oh, and their address in Wyoming is temp office space with virtual services. Couldn't find them in the BBB database surprisingly but I will file a complaint there when I can.

I placed an order with them. As I hit send, I noticed the shipping address was wrong. I emailed them 3 min after placing the order to change the shipping address. I got a reply back saying I would hear from them in 24 hrs. I emailed EVERYDAY for just about a week begging them to change the address to no avail. Then I get an email saying it had already shipped and there is nothing they can do. That is when I figured out it was a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVERYONE!

I purchased 2 pairs of earrings, one by mistake. Contacted customer service asking them to send just one pair, not two. Heard back that they got my message and would only ship one pair and give me a credit, which they did. Received earrings. I purchased the silver earrings with the inlaid gold heart. The main part of the earring looks fine, but the hanging part that goes through your ears is a damn paper clip. I know now they were made in China. I will take these earrings to my jeweler and get them to change the paper clip, so as not to look so cheap! I will not be purchasing anything else from this fake Jane, Joan, and Judy Company based in China. China gave us Covid and I try not to buy anything made in China! UPDATE: jeweler could not tell what metal these earrings were made of, so was afraid to put any heat to the earrings to change the paper clip hook! So, my advice is not to buy from this CHINESE COMPANY who sells crap!

This company is a complete scam! There is not such a thing as the three lovely sisters that design jewelry. It took a long time to receive my order because... it came from China!
What a disappointment!!!
The earrings (hoops) were badly made. I was so mad that threw them in the trash. The bracelet looks cheap. It looked more like a Paparazzi's eight dollars bracelet.
I didn't make any claim because it was going a waste of time.
Don't buy from this company, is a fraud.

I found out after I ordered (totally my mistake) that the company was a fraud. I called my CC company and they canceled the charge for me. JJJ sent me an email that calling them a fraud was wrong and my chargeback will cost them additional money (the email didn't come from the 3 sisters).

I did receive the very cheaply made items, from China, today. There are metal extrusions that can scratch you (proves they are made via machine). I have sent an email asking for a return label (I am not paying to return them).
I will not order without doing my due diligence re any company I don't know. I hope others are fortunate enough to get their money back. It's sad that so many people are scamming others.

If I could give a minus star rating I would. I finally received 6 of the 10 items I ordered. I fell for the woman owned, U.S. manufactured products. The web site is beautiful, but a total scam! Four of the 6 items were the correct product - all the wrong size! What I did receive was junk. I did get two emails assuring me my order was in process. I'm going to attempt a return and if that fails I'll protest the charge to my credit card.

Please, be aware that the only things being sold are pretty pictures and lies.

Glad I checked on Trustpilot - this company stating that they are a UK firm with an address in Somerset but after reading the reviews this is obviously not true, the websites are the same for the UK and the USA....did not progress with a purchase.

I placed the order on 12/14/25. A few days later I received confirmation that the items were ready to be shipped.
I never got tracking information and I followed up with emails. Always getting a reply that they were on the way.
6 of the 7 items arrived today. They are very poor quality and not at all like the website depicted them.
I called the number on the website and (of course) had no reply.
These were supposed to be coming from Wyoming but I'm confident they came from China.
Don't waste your money on this junk!

I bought ear rings and the wires that go through the ears were not connected to the base so absolutely no use to anyone very disappointed

SCAMMERS! Not a US based company, no WY sisters and CHEAP earrings made in China and shipped from China! AtelierUSA who responds to emails has done ZERO to provide a return label or instruct me in how to return these cheap earrings that I overpaid for, and they continue to deceive people on Facebook and Instagram daily with their FAKE STORY AND FAKE PICTURES! They need to be exposed and SHUT DOWN!

I haven’t received anything for my money yet, I wish I’d done my homework.
I believed the Trustpilot star rating on their site instead of checking 🤷‍♀️

Pure junk, wish I would have looked for reviews before ordering. Live and Learn - Unless there is a Montana, China, don't expect this jewelry to be of any quality or even resemble the product on the website. DON'T PURCHASE!!! Over three weeks to arrive, coming from China that's probably not bad, but you sincerely believe it was made and shipped in Montana, USA.

Scam company address listed for Business is not there address. Jewelry is junk and comes from China with no way to return.

It's been over 2 weeks and still waiting for delivery. Items are not coming from Wisconsin; the tracking is from China. These are not handmade in Wisconsin.

I received my jewelry but only one piece resembles the picture of what I ordered. I also believed that the jewelry came from the United States, and learned differently in the middle of shipping cycle. I am not happy about my purchase and advise others to fully vet any site prior to using.

Very cheap jewelry and looks even cheaper.. the ring I ordered doesn’t look like the one received. Not in Wyoming but China so sad they are out to scam you.. Don’t waste your money.

I didn’t order the ring I purchased for Christmas but it looked like my Grandmothers ring that I had sadly lost and have been heartbroken over. Now on top of that I’m finding out I fell for a scam! It just angers me to know end!!!!

Just got my earrings today one month later. They’re are NOT hand crafted. They look cheap. Those attractive older women on the website? I doubt they exist. They do NOT come from Wyoming. They come from overseas. Look at their BBB rating. I wish I did. Never again.
