I love that this opens so many doors from ordering outside of the US - that and the shipping was great. Boxes were PACKED with bubble wrap and were treated with pristine care, not a thing was even dented. Very fast shipping too, came within a week.

Recommended if you made a big command
A bit expensive when it's come about a merch with high price (+ with their others services/fees). The price for expeditions is a bit high too (depend on which way you choose). About receiving and the expedition, it was fast too. Good service ! :)

Items are always packed really wel, never had any damage to them, even when the box gets damaged due to the post/transport. (But i almost always pick the protective package option). Great customer support too, which i needed a few times over the past years. And you can store your packages for a decent long time, which is also a big plus. The only suggestion i would give right now is please add some more payment options.

Great for first time buyers
Japan rabbit was quick and easy to use, simple UI and easy to navigate it was easy to track and follow along the process.
I used other proxies in the past but had never tried this one. I found the wait to be pretty standard between packing the item and shipping it out. I recommend it.

I've used Japan Rabbit for around two years for a handful of things, from electronic toys to merch. So far it has proven extremely reliable every single time. My latest purchase was a preorder that took 7 months. Japan Rabbit was quick to purchase the preorder and nothing was forgotten during the entire half-year wait.
It can be a bit on the expensive side compared to buyee, but JapanRabbit it far more versatile and reliable. I use buyee frequently, but when it comes to more sensitive and important Japan orders, I would rather use JapanRabbit.

Was Great. Sent information out at each point of the process and waited for me to verify if everything was good, if there was anything else being added to the shipment, then asked if it was ready to ship out.
One downside was that in the emails the links provided did not work and had to open and log in to get where I needed instead. However this was a minor issue and was not displeased

Pickup at their Yokohama location was easy. Using Japan Rabbit is a great way to deal with pre-orders of things like concert goods that need to be ordered and shipped to Japan, months in advance of your actual trip. Price was a little higher than Buyee, but the Japan Rabbit's website/customer support/etc. is leaps and bounds above the competition.
