Bed delivered & placed in the room, carefully, by the delivery guys, polite & friendly too.
Came all wrapped up in a thick plastic protection bag,
Took approx half a hour to unwrap & put together.
Seems comfortable so far - wife likes it so.....🤞👍

Very good delivery service to remote rural property in Devon. Kept informed of delivery schedule both email and telephone conversations, including call when they were 10 minutes away. The gentlemen also carried the beds into room required, which was much appreciated as we are rather elderly. Cannot fault this service thank you very much

The perfect delivery. The company kept me informed at all stages, the delivery was on time. The men were courteous, careful of our property and ensured the bed was carefully handled and put in the room I asked them to.

Just had bed delivered good Quality mattress . The two delivery men was very good took mattress up to the bedroom for us also communication from start to finish has been excellent highly reccomended.

The delivery arrived within the predicted times and the two man delivery team did a magnificent job of clearing the old furniture and installing the new stuff. An absolutely first class service.

Got delivered today on the 11th March at 2.45pm the two delivery drivers fetched the packed boards into the kitchen dropped one full pack he asked me to sign for them so I refused said what happens now if they are damaged he said he didn't know so I asked him to get in touch with his boss he said give me 2 minutes went outside and got back into the van and drove off now that is really bad customer service it is bang out of order and now I want to know what will happen if they are damaged when we open them cause it just cost us nearly £700 £70 was delivery so if they are damaged and need more now Way are we paying another £70 that's down to the teo drivers that dropped them not us.

Apart from a problem with the first delivery I cannot fault Heatons on being extremely helpful in rectifying the issue,which was with the delivery company employed by them not Heatons themselves.Sofa was of a good quality and a reasonable price.Quite happy with my purchase now.

The delivery guys were very good. Polite and took care when delivering my sofa.

Delivery was brilliant let us know when and between times. On the day rang us to say they would be with us within the hour.
Unit is lovely, Had a further delivery due to replacement part needed. Again delivery was the same.
Cannot fault this company . Delivered 26th Feb 2025. Replacement part arrived 8th March 2025. Great service thank you

Very prompt and polite service by two guys. They were respectful and delivered to the room upstairs. I was kept up to date with timings and was rung 30 minutes before delivery. I would recommend the service.
