Dumped sofa in the foyer after agreeing 2 man delivery to the property door.

Delivery chaps found my flat ok, as I live in an area that's very difficult to find
They were very good and im so pleased with their prompt and efficient way of working. The job was completed in about 10 minutes including bringing the mattress up a flight of 14 stairs,as well as taking the old one away.
Great job guys, I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new mattress 😁

The two men delivered my mattress. They phoned to say they would be 30 minutes. They could not find my address, I directed them. They did not want to take my mattress although I had paid for it to be removed and then they left leaving the mattress on my bed womplete with the plastic still on it. I am 79 years old with back problems and will have to sleep with the plastic on until I can get someone to remove it. Not a happy bunny.

They were running bit late but let me know. Very helpful and carried heavy packages right inside for me and placed them. Hardworking and meticulous.
