JBS MIDLAND LTD 

After the sham of a delivery firm that is V1 distribution I asked the seller to send with another company and JBS Midland delivered exactly that and even rang to ensure the appointment for delivery was good after I told them I work mornings they offered an afternoon delivery slot which worked for me the delivery guys rang and hour before arrival and then rang again on arrival they were both polite, patient and friendly would recommend JBS Midland

The two guys that arrived with my table that i ordered , were spot on ! I can’t fault them in anyway and they were so professional with my product and putting it together, which i paid extra for ( which im totally glad i did ) . I would highly recommend them to anyone even family & friends .

Our coffee table arrived exactly on time by two really lovely people from Birmingham. The table was very well packaged and weighed a ton, so the kind driver carried it upstairs to our lounge for us. We are really pleased with the table which took us quite a while to assemble but our lovely neighbour popped round to help turn it over for us, A great shopping experience.

Delivered a mirror on time despite atrocious weather conditions and in very good humour. Timeslot provided the previous day which was great.

These people really push the boat out for me by getting my new table and chairs before Christmas.. the delivery men were brilliant stacking all the stuff up in the corridor. Thank you once again for your excellent service

The dressing table I ordered was pre-assembled & boxed up. The box was huge and seemed extremely heavy. The guys who delivered it did so with a lot of care and patience without any complaints. They were super quick, friendly, and professional. Would use their service again.

called 30 minutes before hand, removed the old sofa and constructed the new one when they brought it in, quick and careful in what they did. when we ordered the sofa would not have believed the delivery would be before Christmas, but they did and were excellent

The delivery of my item was great. However the item that I received was damaged and needs to be sent back. This is just hassle for nothing and now I have to wait for the item to get sent back and for myself to receive another table.

Delivery drivers turned up , hardly looked at the front door and wanted it taken off , which I refused as plenty of room without this being done. Very poor English spoken. Was pushing for a good review. Didn’t have much knowledge on manoeuvring items , Had to advise , which was ignored. Delivery boys smelt bad and it wasn’t body odour. Quiet rude as well

Delivery guys were very polite and made sure my very large and heavy mirror was delivered to my room of choice safely. Even though my block of flats is like a maze and not easy to find on the 1st floor, they had no problems locating me. Thanks so much.

We had chahatdeep and harry deliver our furniture they were on time and very courteous ask were we wanted the packages no problem .The company are informative and email for a date as soon as they get the order from the manufacturer 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Communication good, despite me not being able to accept the first date given. Team Rajan and Inder phoned too on the delivery day 40 minutes before actual delivery to give me an estimated arrival time.
