The Darlington branch is really good for the price of the membership.

Who wants to join a gym paying full price when they are giving away free memberships to illegals Think I'll find another Gym

Having rejoined the gym since terminating it in 2024 I am happy to see the layout of the women's section has been changed with more training machines that actually work.
However, toilets still have the same bad smell.

It’s crowded, and it’s hard to get access to the equipment for a workout. Some machines are broken, and there are some great ones missing that really ought to be there.

This gym was great when it opened. Few years on, machines are often out of order. Mens changing room no hand dryer, you guessed it, out of order. Used to regularly be cleaned, now rarely done. No new machines since it opened...think twice before joining, oh and the car park situation is not like dodgem cars.

Very helpful staff. Great machines and plenty of them . Lots of classes to choose from . Clean. Excellent starting price of £10 . What more could I ask for !

It’s a gym haven’t seen any staff can’t find any info on classes. Is it worth the money don’t know really

Feel comfortable..confident and couraging..each vists are beneficial

I love how easy it is to enter and leave it’s clean plenty of room and I especially like the women only area great when your a first timer

I always look for good machinery machinery that I can use without any problem at all. Always look around to make sure weights always put back. Never have a problem with looking for a machine or free weights to use absolutely overall, very happy.

The gym is great, but immediately on joining, classes are being cut at a rapid rate. This was the main reason for me joining, so I’m thoroughly disappointed.

Been a member for a few years and this gym has been on the slide for a while now.The equipment is old and poorly maintained. I usually do spin classes but the Saturday morning spin class I took today was one of the worst ever,awful music no instructions lack of variety in movements.Also many people want lunch time spin classes but this is no longer an option.Fewer classes lower quality in specific area.When I asked management about this they have said they can't get instructors.That a business problem not a customer problem.

So disappointed .. 4 out of 5 times I have tried to go ( quiet hours so not staffed ) my qr code has not allowed access . The staff have been very helpful on line and in person but the problem not resolved- my account active and qr code works some time ... But the next time I go it doesn't work , and If no staff can't get in . Such a shame. I have cancelled regretably.

This gym is barely functionable, peak hours it gets so busy there's queues for the queue for the machine!

Nobody puts the weights back, sweaty men holding 5 pairs of dumbells at a time.

Ive only been a member 4 days (3 visits) and im really starting to get the feel of it ...I always do my training in the early hours so there's been no staff members around to quiz on certain matters but its not caused me any issues...I do find gaining access a little awkward it takes a few attempts with the app...unfortunately I havnt been given a pin code so I cant use the key pad ...on the hole im enjoying the gym despite struggling to get in...
