Ive only been a member 4 days (3 visits) and im really starting to get the feel of it ...I always do my training in the early hours so there's been no staff members around to quiz on certain matters but its not caused me any issues...I do find gaining access a little awkward it takes a few attempts with the app...unfortunately I havnt been given a pin code so I cant use the key pad ...on the hole im enjoying the gym despite struggling to get in...

A huge shout out to Louis Smith who actually made going to the gym fun! Positive attitude, accountable and supportive, he will encourage you to achieve your best every week and celebrate those wins/gains/goals. Highly recommend him as a PT.

Great classes! So much fun and everyone is really friendly. The instructors are motivating and push you to be better.

Gym equipment is great, good choice of machines but far to busy for me, I found it awkward and uncomfortable

Every time I’ve come to the gym, no matter the time I seem to come. It’s full of about 1000 people with like 10 people around each machine. Nothing against anyone person but when you have that many people around a machine it’s very off putting and intimidating especially when there all in the changing room afterwards stood there half naked flexing it’s disgusting to be honest. I have been a few times now and for the price you pay and for what you get is ridiculous. I will be trying a completely different gym as I don’t think that when you go gym you shouldn't feel intimidated, self conscious and just generally is a frustrating place as when you ask the bros that are all stood at the peck fly for example if there done you get evil looks like I’m a idiot . The staff are great. Gym etiquette is also something that should be followed and the people in this gym definitely do NOT have etiquette. Have some respect for people and the gym equipment. Out of all the gyms I’ve been to this has been my worst experience and will NOT be returning to this place

Faculty is amazing but one thing I dont like is class timing. There should be some class to be scheduled at evening like yoga or zumba

Josh at Charlton holds great, well thought classes. That push us and motivate us

The atmosphere is 10/10, staff are super friendly and always eager to help. There is an array of equipment so I never struggle to get my workout done. I’m an OLY lifter so I love that they have multiple platforms !

Signing up was easy especially as they had my details and just reactivated my account decent gym too

I cancelled my membership two months ago, after having it for one month as I didn't use it as I found the space to be really overwhelmed and intense. That's fine, just not for me. But they've been taking the money out of my account since, even though I canceled in store on their iPads. Can't find any staff ever when there and can't get any help. The same thing happened when I took out a gym membership out at the same location when they were under a different name years ago.

I love the big open spaces. It is not crammed... and equipment, whole place and change rooms are nice and clean!!! A lot of options and more than enough equipment. I have enjoyed every day!

such a good gym!! i’ve seen comments about the toilets being broken…yep they were, for a few hours, during their first week of being open. usually referred to as “teething issues”. whilst broken they did have other facilities that were working and available to use…

gyms great, nice and big, loads of equipment, sauna is amazing and there’s loads of classes.

Fabulous facilities & Taylor made me feel at home and helped show me how to work the machines. Can’t wait to return!
