From 4 orders in total, I received only ONE (and not even a complete order, just 2 items from 6), 2 orders were canceled and one was delivered to the store for pick-up (but they don't work because of lockdown and they refuse to give me a refund).

I actually love JDSports, but they don't ship their shoes doubleboxed, therefore the box gets damaged unfortunately. If JDSports manages to integrate a more secure way regarding shipping, I'd love to give 5 stars!

I ordered a pair of VANS for my girlfriend in August. Now it is mid September. I already paid for them, but havent received an update or any news on their delivery status.

It was good but it could be better b/c my Shoebox was severely damaged and my shoes got some scratches but in all it’s okey. One thing I got charges for 1,92€ for (Spesen) for I don’t know what reason even though I paid right away.
