So unorganized. You spend as much time in the shop by ordering online than if you were to come directly and buy there.
Information is not shared and you just wait without updates near the register.
No available personnel as they all look super busy and you have no idea of who is taking care of your specific order.
Will not recommend. Have you stuff delivered at a pickup point and not the store.
Otherwise the product itself perfect.

Order did'nt arrive, support didn't bother to help or give my money back
I ordered a big amount of shoes and other items to my address. I live in an apartment complex with a shopkeeper who receives packages. Up until this day I have not received my order. I contacted the support chat. They told me to wait 7 days and so I did. Mind you this was an order of just over 1000 euro's!!! I texted them and they told me my order has arrived following a track and trace link. I clicked the link and it said it arrived while it never did in actuality. I am extremely disappointed and have no idea what to do now.

I plaI would recommend that the shop set up more responsive communication with customers.
I placed an order with a t-shirt for my child. After entering the card details and pressing the pay button, nothing happened. I didn't see a message on the screen that the order was paid with a number, I didn't receive a confirmation email and my card was not charged. I waited about 1 hour and ordered the same t-shirt elsewhere and paid. The t-shirt was needed urgently. I was sure that on your site order did not pass. the next day, 15 December I received a message that my order is ready for shipment, although I was not waiting for it. The message said that the order would be delivered on the 29th of December. This suited me because I could issue a refund. We were away from 23 December to 7 January and if the order had arrived earlier, I would not have had time to issue a refund in due time. But the order arrived just before we left and I could not make a refund. So I had 2 identical T-shirts, and I needed one. I will not order anything else from you, because the order confirmation does not come in time, but only the next day and the delivery time of the actual delivery is very different from the stated.
