I received my package fast although my box of boots was in a huge box where we could have put on 12 boxes of boots!!?

Signed up for newsletter to receive discount on purchase, next day spam texts; "you left something in cart", cart was empty. More troubling was a phishing email from JD Sports with a fake Paypal email using the address: service @ intl.paypal.com that looked very legit but since I never used Paypal with them I called Paypal to find out what was going on and they confirmed it was a scam. Be very, very careful with JD Sports.

I ordered a tracksuit from JD Sports online for my son. After patiently waiting a week for it to be shipped, I suddenly received a notification on my Shop app that the item had been refunded. Zero communication as to why. When I contacted customer service, they said that due to the “high volume” of orders placed, their inventory system didn’t “sync” with the website and the item was already sold out by the time I ordered it. I expressed my disappointment with this situation and the lack of communication and told them this would be my first and last time ordering from them. They did offer me 15% off my next order, but I still haven’t received the other items I ordered.

My 12 year old son waited 2 months for the JA 2 red to become available in his size ordered them online they arrived no tissue paper in box and beyond beaten up JD online sent him USED shoes!! I wasn't aware they partnered with goodwill. Called no one seemed to care recieved a sorry for your inconvenience we can offer you a 15% off discount

Fraudulent order placed with valid credit card. Last and only order was placed in store. Not sure how a order was placed with my credit card.

I received my order with a store alarm tag on it still and the wrong size, xl instead of medium. I called customer service immediately and they assisted with ordering a new one but it came after Christmas instead. This would not have been an issue if the correct order was sent in the beginning. I wasted my time and did not receive a Christmas gift in time.

The product is exactly as shown on the model. It was very true to the fit and the colour.

Ordered some timberlands online wasvtoo big returned them at store didnt have my size was told they gona give me gift card n order online got home thats 40 minutes away n surprise no giftcards accepted online called laval store was told that come well refund on your credit card get too store n finally i cant b refunded they need head office too aprove i asked if they can just order right size for me was told they cant do that either its january 3 n my kids still havent received his x mas gift all cause of mistakes made by ur employs as we spaeak still no news from them great jod im never gona purchase anything from u guys ever

Placed an order, took 5 business days order never got picked up. Called customer service order got refunded. Placed a second order stilling wait for order to be picked up 3 business days still pending.
