Ordered sneakers and received them in a box that looks like it survived a war. The adidas box is torn, crushed, and falling apart on multiple sides. For a product that costs what sneakers cost today, this is unacceptable. Either the seller packed them carelessly or handed them to a courier without any protective outer packaging. The box condition makes it impossible to gift. Zero effort on the seller’s part to ensure basic delivery standards. Also, it took long time for delivery. Contacted the seller 2 times, only auto responses.
As you all can see they even have a dummy auto response here :( Did not read my review or even contacted back.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I have emailed them several times regarding my order, and they have not responded to a single message. I still have not received my parcel, and the tracking information hasn’t updated at all. Their customer support is completely unresponsive, and I have no idea where my order is or if it will ever arrive.
Very frustrating experience — I would not recommend based on the lack of communication and failure to deliver my purchase.

Todavía no he recibido mi paquete y la información de seguimiento no se ha actualizado en ningún momento. Su servicio de atención al cliente es totalmente inexistente y no tengo ni idea de dónde está mi pedido o si llegará alguna vez.
Una experiencia muy frustrante. No lo recomendaría debido a la falta de comunicación y al incumplimiento en la entrega.

First of all, I just want to thank the staff that work out here for their speed of the answer. There are not many CS that work like them. Beside that, the wide range of products is present. I could find all of the things that I was looking for, and the prices were normal. They are not low, not high, just as if I was shopping in my local sport center. So, all is fine.

I and all of my family have been assiduous clients at JD Fuengirola for years. On July 23 2025 I purchased some pants for 50 euros. They were given to me with no bag and with a purchase ticket. I then discovered that the pockets had no zip, something that I at my 73 years of age need. I took the pants back and apologised to the man explaining my dilemma.He examined the item and said that it was missing a label and so was non returnable. I informed him that I had never seen any label. He then went off for some 20 minutes only to return and confirm that their records showed that there was a label and so he would not accept the item. I then asked for the official complaints book, he said he would get it and then disappeared for a further 20 minutes. I started to fill in the forms as well as I could given the bad light and my bad eyesight. The manager then took it upon himself to plonk a bag with by pants in on the counter in front of me. I moved it and he said he had the right to physically throw me out of the store. I completed the forms which he then said he would stamp, but did not. I then turned to leave and as a parting shot I told him never to threaten me with violence again. He then tried to modify his previous statement by saying he would call security. He accused me of having no class, and other such choice items. I left and went home , somewhat depressed at the treatment I had received in a store that for years had boasted the best of staff, people off whom it had been a pleasure to buy.

I had the worst shopping experience ever at JD Sports Valencia (Calle Xàtiva). I bought a pair of Adidas Sambas on 17 May 2025 and was told they would arrive within a week and that I’d receive a call. Over two weeks later, I’ve still received no proper update, no refund, and absolutely shocking customer service.
Staff never answer phone calls, and when I visited the store multiple times, they either had no clue where my order was or were plain rude. One staff member named Alba was particularly unhelpful and dismissive. On my most recent visit, another staff member—Sara/Zara/Sarah (an intern, I was told)—yelled at me in front of other customers. I was refused a refund, despite the fact that no one knows where my shoes are, and I am flying out in 3 days.
JD Sports has wasted my time, taken my money, and treated me with disrespect—and still offers no solution. Avoid this store if you value your time, money, and sanity.

I bought a pair of shoes online this morning with click and collect the same day from the Barcelona city center store. When I went to the store this afternoon and shared my order number I was told that their ordering system had fail to register my order as a click and collect. Instead they decided that it would be a home delivery at my home address on which is missing my contact details and block/door number. They refused to cancel the order on the grounds that they had already packed my shoes and couldn't undo it in their system and told me they would add with a pen on my order my details.... The store Manager even explained that this system happens often with online orders at JD and recommended that I don't order online from his very own company...I now have to wait up to the 20th of May to receive my order at home instead of same day of click and collect. First and last time I ever buy anything from JD. Should have gone to the competition as I usually do

Yesterday I bought a zip up hoodie from hoodrich the hoodie was shedding/ going off onto my white shirt even after washing it nothing changed. So I decided to go back to the store with my bill/ticket/proof of purchase for a refund. But the didn’t give me one. Why? Because I didn’t have the TAG anymore. So nowadays you are supposed to wear your clothing with the tag attached just in case the quality is garbage. And I only had it for 1DAY! Now I’m stuck with a trash 90€ hoodie. AVOID JD DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
