I’ve been coming here for approximately 15 years. The reason I initially chose Toyota Bracknell over other main dealerships was purely down to the customer service. It’s amazing and staff are lovely - they know you. Between myself and my family we’ve had 6 cars from them and recommended to others.

Despite our deafness, at first we had doubt buying another car from Jemca at Purley Way but the atmosphere there was so welcoming with all the staff ( I mean all of them - Martin, Dee, Phil and Chloe). Their attitudes, communications, helpfulness were outstanding! We will come back! Thank you

I recently visited Jemca Toyota and had a positive experience overall. While there were a few concerns about the service quality, such as issues with fluid top-ups and brake maintenance, I found the sales team to be exceptionally helpful. Richard, our sales assistant, was fantastic, guiding us through the buying process with ease and treating us like family. The dealership has a warm atmosphere, with staff like Nico and Andy offering a welcoming, professional service. Despite some areas needing improvement, I felt supported and valued as a customer, which makes me feel confident in recommending Jemca Toyota.

The Sales team at Jemca Edgware are truly awful.
Went to purchase a used (71 plate) car for my wife.
Was going to pay fully in cash.
They told us there was an option to pay back using 0% option. Took up the option, but it did not work since we had recently moved house and you had to be at the same address for a minimum period of time. By this time they had taken a £500 deposit to secrure the car for us.
Cut a long story short we ended up not purchasing the car. Asked them for a retun of my deposit and was told that i need to send an email confirming the return of the deposit. Also told that if they got the email before Mid-day, then they would return the deposit on the same day.
I sent the eamil around 9.30 am, but suffice to say, the deposit was not returned. Numerous phone calls to dealer did not resolve the issue of the deposit return.
Eventually i raised it as a mechant dispute with my bank. They also raised it as a mechant dispute with visa (i had paid the depoist with my debit card). When Barclays contacted the account department, the account department contacted the indivual in the sales department and then he rang to say he wanted an email from my wife, since she was the person who was going to purchase the car. My wife sent te emal and finally we got our deposit back after a few days.
From that day, i made a promise never to go back to Jemca Edgware Road.
My wife eventually bought a 72-plate Yaris from Toyota Watford.
I wonder how Toyota Japan would react to the way that the sales team treats their customers.
I even raised this a compliant with Toyota UK. I got a case number and the response that Jemca Edgware would investigate and contact me. No one ever did.
This experience happened in Jan 2022. I had forgotten that i could leave a review for other people who might have the misfortune to deal with Jemca Edgware Road.

Booked my car for service 8.30 am sidcup Toyota dealer,hoping to finish the service on time, came back to collect the car lunch time still not touched the car . Told the customer service I’m waiting for the car , they made me to wait over 5hours costumer service hopeless take it or leave attitude never come back to this place. Don’t care about the customer inconvenience. Awful customer service wasted my whole day. Why they ask mr bring the car 9am and took whole day to do the service don’t care about costumer over booking just keen taking maximum profit . Local garage much better service than these people and much cheaper not worth it what I paid

spoke to the manager today I was told the video evidence broken don’t have one also my windscreen liquid empty because it’s got air pockets in the tank what joke this place 😂

Absolutely disgusting service from Toyota Jemca in Enfield. Avoid AVOID management there is terrible not helpful. I had my car serviced and MOT last week dropped it of at 6.30am before I went to work, called at 2pm car wasn’t touched yet, went at 4.30 wasn’t ready waited around until 5.30 when it was ready the receptionist came out and gave me car keys wasn’t explained anything that’s done in the car. Wanted a service history was told my car was so old that the app won’t be able to download on my phone. I only bought the car last year!!!
The service there is just bad no one ever gets back to you. Run for your life from that place.

In short:
Not a real Toyota dealership, its a franchise so if you contact Toyota for complaints, they wont do anything about it.
Lied about my full service, barely did any of the service on the list.
Sent out my car without topping up any of the fluids including the brake fluids. And sending out a dangerous car out on the public road.
Also has fake positive reviews on Google maps.
Long story:
Very dangerous dealership. Not only did they not carry out my car's full service such as oil filter, top up of fluids, etc, they took my money without consideration on how much I paid for the full servicing.
Barely after a few days taking the car away from them, it started to develop problems. Lots of loud noises coming from the tires. There were no serious advisories according to the mechanics video I was given, but did say on the video the brake pads were half worn but in reality, they were completely worn out. Imagine getting a handbrake warning light in the middle of the motorway. Thats the worry no one should go through.
I then took my car to a local garage to get the problem solved. Only to find the carnage that was involved….They didnt any of the basics top up fluids. We also investigated the brakes, only to find the true culprit was, the brake fluids and one of the brake pads were completely worn.
I emailed their customer services who said it was the age of my car that was developing that noise and said they stand by their fake work that they didnt do.
The audacity to hear someone coming back to you saying, it was the age of the car. But we know, no one at Jemca Enfield even barely touched the car.
So not only are they cunning thieves, they also dont want to take ownership.
Do yourselves a favour, avoid this fake Toyota dealership. And stay away from my car!
