We are based in East Sussex but had a client with a plumbing issue in London. Having no knowledge of the area or the plumbers in the area I found Jennings Plumbing and Heating on Google. From the first phone call they put me at ease with how professional they were and booked in the investigative repairs for 2 days later. I worried that we might be ripped off as we weren't local but the job was carried out within the first hour and a report was sent over. Can't fault them at all and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I cannot recommend Jennings heating more highly.

We recently moved to a barn conversion and found ourselves with an air source heat pump. Unfortunately we knew nothing about them, we were positive as we were hoping to do our bit for the environment, however we were really shocked at how expensive it was to run from the moment we got in. It was very clear that something wasn't working correctly. I am not exaggerating when I say I tried so many different avenues to try and understand what the problem was and to try and find solutions, an engineer who knew ASHP, to help. There were so little qualified help out there, people who really undertand ASHP;
it was like the wild West, even the manufacturer Dakin, were really unhelpful. I spoke with 3 different local plumbers who didnt seem to really know what was causing the problems, all telling me different things, wanting to sell me expensive new valve/motor/time for 2 engineers. It was all very stressful as weeks were going by, and we were spending a fortune on a system that wasn't even working properly.

In addition, we had to try and find a thermostat to work with it, most are not compatible with ASHP, and yet again it was so difficult to find helpful, reliable and trustworthy information. By pure chance I came across Jennings heating, as they have been recommended by somebody at one of the online thermostat/smart heating suppliers.

They are TRULY EXCEPTIONAL, real experts, really know their products/ASHP, and calmly set about fixing the issues, explaining it all, remarkably thorough, checking all pipework, wiring, and whole efficiency and effectiveness of the set-up and unit. They fixed the problems without needing any new parts, so that saved money, and it is now working so well, completely different experience. AND much cheaper to run, even though its colder still cheaper than it was in early September!

Its clear they really care and are brilliant at what they do. I would never want to use anyone else now! Can't recommend highly enough. And they are prepared to travel quite far- about 2 hours to us.

And the ongoing after care advice is also second to none.

Had a leak to my mains inlet under my sink. I called Jennings office who booked a visit for the same day. The Plumber turned up within a hour and sorted the issue in a timely manor. Very efficient, No more leak. Very grateful.

Superb service- came immediately and stated they could do what another provider couldn’t achieve- without scaffolding or digging up everywhere. Excellent workmanship on the day. Very clean, tidy and punctual. So happy to have found you.

Rob came round to remove our old cooker and install the new one. The guy was great. Friendly and 100% professional. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

Can't recommend Jennings enough. Siân was incredibly helpful in booking in a swift appointment for Rob to attend a day later, and Rob was honest, efficient and communicated well throughout. He quickly diagnosed the issue and, having advised on next steps, I've rebooked him to do more work next week.

I had to replace a bathroom and kitchen tap. Sabir was professional, polite, efficient and extremely knowledgeable in finding suitable replacements. I was very happy with his skills as a plumber and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

The Team were Prompt, courteous ,proffessional and good time keeping.
They managed to deliver the replacement boiler and completed in very tight time scales under difficult circumstances to please the customer. Amazing Team.

I asked Jennings to refit, update and service an old complex heating system. The team: Tristan, James and Alex did a professional and skilled job on site with Siân and Lisa providing professional office support. I am very pleased with their work and I highly recommend them.

My wife and I came home from holiday on a Sunday to discover that the fuse in the electrical outlet that powered our (new) fridge had blown and we needed it fixed quickly to get the fridge running again (the fridge's corner of the kitchen doesn't have any other outlets). Jennings was able to get a great electrician (Niko) in to fix it in under 36 hours from our return home. Will definitely be using Jennings again and recommending to all our south London friends.

First timing using Jennings and it won't be my last. Prompt, efficient, helpful service from everyone we dealt with .. and competitive on price too. Very pleased customer.
