Trustworthy, knowledgeable and brilliant customer service
Fantastic service and reassuring experience - after mixed messages from other plumbers, I researched online… found Jennings. They came out to do a full plumbing survey on my flat and review of the issues. I now feel confident to go ahead on the work and to book them. Alex was lovely and very knowledgeable - as was Sian at the office who booked this in. Would only use them now.

Really great company - they came quickly to investigate a shower issue, and found the (quite niche!) problem and fixed it there and then. Very friendly and professional. I appreciated them not trying to upsell at any point, which I've found a lot of other plumbing companies do! Will definitely use them again.

They are punctual competent and very courteous . They let you know exactly when one of their expert is coming so that you know what to expect .
I have used them for plumbing but I intend to use them for electrical work as well.

Plumber's visit
The young man, Ash who came to fix the leak in my mother's bathroom was a very polite , kind , friendly and professional person.
He did an excellent job , which thanks to the photos I was sent via email , I have seen the results of.
My mother and I would definitely recommend using this company as they are exactly as one would expect a reputable company to be.
