Fan Flipping Tastic from the initial booking with Sian who was extremely helpful to the finished gorgeous new bathroom towel rail.
I was a little apprehensive about hiring anyone again as had recently been scammed by a plasterer but desperately needed my old radiator replaced with a lovely new towel rail
and it was beyond my skill set.
Alex was lovely, super efficient and even took my grotty old radiator with him so I didn’t have to get rid of it myself.

Another first class experience with Jennings. We have had a troublesome radiator for years. Alban their heating engineer not only replaced it quickly and efficiently but he also took the trouble to come back a second time at no extra cost when he realised there was an extra problem with defunct heating pipes that needed to be sealed off. His expertise and patience in explaining to us the way a heating system works was much appreciated. 5 stars all round.

Alex turned up promptly and quickly dealt with the toilet problem. He then efficiently assessed and advised on the leaking wash-basin and bath taps and I will be getting him to fit the replacements. Throughout he was polite and informative.

Great communication from start to finish from Sian, the office manager. Tristan visited the property within 24 hours of my call and a new boiler was installed less than 24 hours later! Fab service, would certainly recommend and use again.
