The worst experience. I bought the bag and quickly learned it is cheap and does not hold as much as a traditional suitcase. I requested a return and they would not "approve" it. I literally had it out of the box for an hour to see how much it would fit. Absolutely worst customer service ever. Some bot named Jet kept saying he was forwarding my message to Quality control but quality control never got in touch. After 4 emails I have given up.
In the end, pooorrrrr customer service, no way of returning....cheap looking bag that doesn't hold enough clothes. And, you can buy on Amazon for less than half the price. Jennibags, you should be ashamed of yourself.

I hate online shopping, especially outside the EU, due to long shipping times and endless import tax issues.
But NOT in this case!
I always do my research and use trustpilot, for parts of it.
I wanted an insert, for my Hermès Herbag 39, but in measurements that suited me, which Jennykraft offers, so much could have gone wrong, yet NOTHING went wrong!
It went SUPER smooth, it arrived in Europe, exactly 2 weeks after, I placed my order and there were NO issues, with import, just as Jennykraft said on their website.
The insert is perfec, in every single way! Even the key attachment strip, was made a bit longer, as I requested, so it reaches from the bottom of my bag, to the keyhole of my door.
I like nice things in life, don’t mind to pay for it, but I am also a hard to please client, yet Jennykraft TOTALLY blew my expectations!
I HIGHLY recommend, shopping at jennykraft.net and for the matter of fact, I will recommend it to my friend, for her new Hermès Birkin 35 too!

I have ordered previously from this company and been reasonably happy. However I recently ordered one for a Hermes Kelly 28 and was sent one for a 25cm. After reading their website it says just email them and they will sort it out.
THEY DO NOT SORT IT OUT! THEY IGNORE YOU after many emails I have had to admit defeat an will have to discard my insert and loose the money. It is a shame as they could be good. Ignoring customers is not the way to do business. I guess they cost pennies to make and they are charging much more so they don’t mind pissing people off. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Awful awful experience with this company. I bought a bag insert for Gucci Ophidia only got it not to fit. I contacted them i they didn’t respond. I went via PayPal dispute and they still didn’t respond. It was escalated they offered a 50% refund, given I can’t use the insert and they specifically said it would fit, it’s ridiculous. Then they ask me to post the item back at my own cost for a refund. The postage cost back to them is as much as the disputed amount. Stay away from this company.

I love my new insert for my OnTheGo GM! I ordered it in light brown and it matches perfectly with the interior of the tote. It's sturdy at the corners and helps with the unfortunate sagging. It's well made. I ordered it on 7/18 and received it on 8/4, and was able to see a detailed tracking of my order. I will definitely use Jenny Krafts again.
I receive my organizer for a LV Speedy…
I received my organizer for a LV Speedy 40 and it's too large for my purse...omg! It is not an accurate measurement at all and if I knew it was coming from China, I wouldn't have ordered it! I had to wait awhile to get it and once it arrived, I cant even use the thing! Smh!

While the bag insert selection was correct upon ordering, I was sent a completely incorrect item which was clearly an error made by JennyKrafts. I provided photos and clear references but again no response. What an awful experience.

Anyone complaining about this company, you should take into consideration you were either ordering right in the middle of covid which wreaked havoc on the mailing services...or if it's the wrong size probably should've done some measuring.
Getting in touch with her via email is guaranteed to getting your questions answered and what you need efficiently.
She's a professional and knows what she's doing.
I measured my bag and no mistakes no buyers regret...it was perfect and I'll be ordering from Jenny Krafts everytime I get a new bag and for my others. Yes it took some time to get to me but gosh that's

Snail mail. It’s been over 2wks and it’s still at China
I have purchased a product on 10/7/2020. It’s now 10/25/2020 and the tracking said it’s still at China. How much longer will I have to wait? This is snail mail.
Buyer beware. No customer service.
Buyer beware! The purse organizer doesn’t fit the intended purse although you purchase the organizer specifically for the intended purse, according to the site description. They provide you with one way too large that the organizer then takes up all the space in the bag, which is not the intended purpose.
It was so disappointing since it’s not like they organizers are easy throwaway money and it’s very disheartening.
To make matters worse, they tell you to reach out to them and that is a lie. I’ve been emailing everyday awaiting on a reply and no response. Very unprofessional and lack of customer care and service.
Do not waste your money on this dealer. It’s a scam.
