At first glance this organizer seems to be well made. I did not want a felt one, and this one fit the bill. I just put it in my Longchamp bag yesterday, so I have no idea how long lasting it will be. The zipper feels a little cheap, but the pockets feel sturdy and overall it seems to be a good quality piece. I wish there were a few more medium size pockets; there are only two. I have more that would fit well into those size pockets than the small size, which there are plenty of. I already love my bag 100% more with this organizer inside. Thank you, Jenny Krafts.

Bad quality! Did not expect something so cheap to be sold at such a markup. The organizer did not fit the Chanel Jumbo, like it said it would. Would not allow refund.

The quality was excellent. But I don't feel the dimensions were accurate due to the fact it was supposed to fit and my Louie according to the graceful bag dimensions. This organizer was meant for a much smaller bag and not the graceful as advertised.

The organizer was very poorly designed, with pockets so short and shallow that things would fall out of them. I reached out to seller and at first, she was willling to re- do the organizer and asked me to provide the measurements for what I wanted. I did that and shortly thereafter, the seller stopped replying to me. I asked a couple more times but received no response.

Fits very nicely in my Keepall 45 and keeps the bag well shaped. This is priced much better than some other brands, like Samorga. It did take some time to receive it, but so did my Samorga. Well worth the price!

I love my Jenny Krafts organizer. It is well made and fits perfectly in my LV Graceful MM. The color matches and it has so many pockets. I'm so glad I found this site.

Bag organizer was made and shipped within hours of placing my order, and I received it two weeks later, as promised (not bad for free shipping from China to Canada). Colour was true to swatches on listing and good quality. Fits great inside bag.

Jenny Krafts made a custom sized organizer for my Neverfull GM. It was constructed nicely and in a gorgeous maroon color and gold zipper and snaps. Very happy.

The insert/organizer was received in timely manner. Although I have not used the insert yet but it is in great quality. I love it.

It was a perfect match to the pink ballerine color... it did take a bit to arrive but it was stated on the website it would take 2 weeks and that’s exactly what it took.. but it was worth the wait.. love the water bottle pocket too!
