There’s probably a bin full of the same organizers in different colors that they just reach into blindly to fill your order. Their website only gives the illusion of ordering a “custom” purse organizer. I ordered from them previously and was happy because I received the organizer I ordered. I ordered from them again, the same style organizer but with rounded edges this time not square, and instead I got the same organizer I ordered before! As for the organizer itself, it is sewn together nicely in a thick linen fabric with a spill-proof lining. However, the organizer in linen too thick and is not as stiff as I anticipated. I expected it would be less soft and more bag shaping but it is literally just thick linen fabric. Instead, with all my belongings in it, it gives my purse a small bulge, which would be unflattering if the bulge were any bigger. I have to carefully maneuver my purse in and out of my my locker at work so that the sides don’t scrape against my purse. I’ve been using it for about a month now, and I’m thinking of getting rid of it in lieu of a slimmer, simple leather organizer I found online.

The first insert I received was the incorrect size but I was promptly sent a second insert in the correct size. I ordered turquoise and I love all of the pockets and the key fob is great.

Really an amazing product. So much so that I ordered a few more to have in my other handbags. Necessary for any fashionista that wants to be more organized! Customer service succeeded my expectations. Will definitely recommend JENNYKRAFTS to my friends and family!

Open dispute on PayPal
They sent the wrong item. Despite trying to reach them through email and their contact us page from their website, they do not response to me. Had to open a PayPal case in the ends. Buyer please beware, please use PayPal to purchase from this seller. The quality of the item is good but something goes wrong, PayPal is there protect you.
