Helpful

Got my order and my machine was missing parts. After emailing customer support and waiting a few days they were able to resolve my issue by letting me know that there was a second package I was receiving with the parts. Andy was very friendly and helpful and reassured me that the package was on its way.

Amazing company with great customer service!

Purchased a product from this company over a year ago. Had some issues with it, and they were just amazing. They helped troubleshoot and unfortunately (due to my own fault) the product was not fixable. They worked so good with me to purchase the same product at a lower price because I didn't need everything that came with the original product. Amazing customer service top notch!!!

Replaced parts on defect

Producted recieved and worked well then it ended having an issue. I get it, sometimes things happen.

I contacted support and they shipping me replacement parts that fixed my device free of charge. They made it right. Great customer service.

Disgusting customer service

Again if I could give zero scoring I would!! After roughly 30 emails back and forth regarding I didn’t receive my parcel with proof from Royal Mail I hadn’t received it they still won’t give a refund disgusting company and customer services avoid this company!!!!

Uk based...Decided to buy , was a little sceptical becauseof the price but thought for a 1st time machine , it can't be that bad..hopefully. Cheap defective product horrible customer service

The product came defective. The suction cups would not attach. The rubber of the cups is of poor quality. It bended during transit. The customer service rep was quite patronizing and gave some recommenditions you would give a child cleaning a rubber toy. Cleaned it and wet it were two of these. I took two clips showing how the cups wouldnt attach regardless of the surface. Their reponse was to flatten the cups by pressing it with a hard object.
After weeks of going back and forth they said they will give me a refund but i would have to send the item back to China. It seems some obscure address i decided not to use it. Chances are the item would not have arrived. It would have cost me more than half to send an item that size to China. They said that because is a sex toy i could not send it to a nearby facility.

I had shared the address of the facility they gave me to return the item to but they asked me to remove it. Trustpilot reached out saying that if i did not removed the address they would take down my review. I shared it in the first place because it was a unusually long address that the post of office could not locate when i tried to mail it back to them. It was a fake address. My response to them was if this was the legit address of their facility why would they have a problem with me sharing it with the public.

Buyer be aware that if your item comes defective and need to return it they will put you to the worse return process experience.

Their site does say that they will decide the refund amount when the item arrives.

Their customer service sucks

Their customer service sucks. They don't reply to their emails
This has been ongoing for over a month. The connector pieces for the toys is broken. Even offered to purchase. Still nothing.

Update..... Finally got a response. They lie and say they've responded to every email. Nothing on the original thread or in my spam. Why would I be unsatisfied if they did respond. On there only 2nd response, they say I never bought a machine from them. I never said I did. I know they have the same attachments that I needed. Wasn't looking for free. Offered to pay. Still BEWARE

We changed another email address to reply you repeatedly, but the problem still hasn't been solved. You inquire about accessories, so we attach pictures and links of product in the reply email. Maybe it is because of this reason that the mail was intercepted by the server, we recommend that you check the spam.

So far I’m disappointed

So far I’m very disappointed. Their website says "We ship from warehouses in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, France, Germany. So depending on where you are located, your order will arrive in 1-4 days" (copied and pasted from their website). I live in Ontario, Canada.

But mine shipped from China and I owe $45 CAD in import duties. It also didn’t even begin to ship until 3 days after i paid and won’t be delivered until the 29th (I paid on the morning of the 18th). I selected free DHL shipping which said it would deliver in 1-4 days. This is a complete misrepresentation and the client should be notified BEFORE something ships from China so they can decide if the fees are worth it (and they aren't to me!)

There is NOTHING about duties on their website. The seller is being irresponsible not mentioning that they ship from china and you may owe a fortune in import fees if you have an expensive product being delivered (mine was less than $300 but it’s easy to spend over $1000 on the site)

Edited to add: the company contacted me through trustpilot while I was camping so I missed the 4 day window to give the company more info. Ridiculous lol. Save your time and money and buy a different product. I can prove I purchased this one. I have my receipt and order number.

They have requested my review be removed so I have now submitted my receipt of purchase. I will also provide my UPS fees.
