Omg I have to say they Are great to work with if there’s a problem. I had a little issue and they fixed it right away and make sure everything was great and it is thank you so much. The machine is all kinds of fun.

They provide excellent customer service. Arrived earlier than expected. Works great. Best sex machine I've had. It goes slow to fast hard pounding. Easy to adjust angle and speed. Strongly recommend to anyone who wants to have fun.

Issues with poor communication, late delivery and missing goods.. taken a month to sort out. Jessky refused to rectify any issues until negative feedback removed.

After ordering It and did not receiving a tracking number for a few days I started to do some research and thought for sure I was going to get scammed. However after reaching out and getting a tracking number I'm happy to say product arrived Was a week late But other than that was a smooth transaction. If purchasing from this company all I will say is don't expect it within the 1-4 days due to it coming from overseas it's just not gonna happen. But for the price if you can just be patient you should be happy with the out come😉

Its a great toy and does the job! Its small and easy to hide and even comes with its own storage bag that everything fits into! There are different speeds that you can set. Also had suction cups on bottom to keep it from moving around. Can adjust the position and angles! For the price you cant beat it!

I had been looking for a sex machine for months. I couldn't justify paying hundreds to thousands for one. I had my eye on one from jessky website for a while. But the reviews put me off. When I looked at the reviews again I saw alot more positives so I ordered. They do come from China. I recieved the tracking around 2 days after ordering. My machine took 8 days to arrive and royal mail delivered it. Box was discreetly packaged.

I found the bad reviews here after I made my order and my heart almost stopped.
Yes, it is a Chinese company. No, they probably won't deliver within 1-4 days if you're in the UK but the machine arrived in less than 2 weeks. I made the order Friday morning but after checking the time in China I knew I'd have to wait until Monday for it to be processed. They didn't send me the tracking no. within 24 hours but after emailing them on Wednesday they did provide a correct fedex tracking no. After emailing them about tax and customs as its sent from outside of the UK they told me that they took care of it. Fedex sometimes waits even 3 months before they send you the letter so I can't confirm if it's true yet.
The machine is great. Its sturdy and heavy and is exactly as described on their page. The page itself could do some work though as there are many typos.
Overall the product is amazing for almost half the price of machines in the western market. I rarely give reviews but I felt like I had to after how doubtful I was from reading the comments here.

I have owned the Table top machine for about a month now and let me say. It is one of the best things I've ever bought! Its quality is solid, I haven't had any issues with the mechanism. Its pretty quiet, you can go at about 40% speed without much sound at all. The depth adjustment offers a good range of movements, from short fast thrusts to deep plowing. The range of attachments offered by JESSKY is great (although the expense ads up). But you can always find a toy or an attachment that suits you.
Anyway, if you are looking for a sex machine, but don't want to break the bank. Then I highly recommend JESSKY machine.

This is a fake company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. There is no phone number available to the company and they will not return emails. Spent $200 and it has been almost a week without the product shipping or any confirmation emails. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!! They are a SCAM. Check them out on BBB website.

Traumatic, this company is skilled at scamming customers. I received the wrong merchandise, damaged, and late and somehow they won the credit dispute. I'm out $500 and there is nothing I can do about it. I have been fighting for two months submitting evidence to them and my credit card company. I feel extremely violated, raped, and robbed. And now this is on my credit report as a negative against me for reporting them and unless I remove the dispute that is how it going to sit. I am researching the impact of the dispute and question if I should remove it because I have never disputed anything before and if it stings the merchant even a smidge then its worth it! I have every intention of taking my case to the Federal Trade Commission and take this issue up the line. Jessky is crooked and the will not refund nor guarantee customer satisfaction as they claim in their advertising. I wish I would have read up on them before shopping. Buyer beware.

Update: Jessky stop lying, your company has not issued any refund of any kind and that’s why I have a case against you with the Better Business Bureau. I want my money back! Buyer beware they are scammers.

I was scared reading these reviews after I purchased, but tracking was sent via text a few days after purchase and delivered to Georgia (USA) from China in like 3 days from DHL. The machine is crazy heavy duty, made very strong and very heavy. I would not be scared to purchase again and again, I don't know what happened with these other people?

Ordered my shoes on Friday the 19th checked Fedex and its scheduled to be delivered today the 26th. Had to wait a bit longer than advertised no big deal. Best shoes I ever bought.

Ordered a pretty pricey item (£110 +) over a week ago and today got slapped with an extra £20 on top in customs charges. It was advertised as coming from a UK warehouse. So if you do order anything, make sure you don't expect it anytime soon, and take into consideration an extra £20 on top!

Like everyone else, I wish I'd read the reviews on here. This does appear to be a Chinese seller pretending to have offices in the UK & US. So far they've taken my money (at least it's paypal, so I can probably get it back), but they were listing my order as "awaiting payment". So far, all contact has gone unanswered. AVOID!

*UPDATE*
So the product arrived, reasonably quickly by FedEx. However, as others have noted, it came from China, and not the "UK Warehouse" as advertised. I now have a customs bill for £20.21. If the seller was EU based, they'd be fined by now.

They also emailed me asking me to take down this review, and offered to refund me $8. I have a better idea - fix your business model, and then these bad reviews wont happen. That's the point of Trustpilot.

*UPDATE 2*
So two things have happened. Firstly, in March 2021, I received a notification from Trustpilot that Jessky had flagged my review, as they did not believe it was genuine. This is after the clear correspondence I had with them that was sparked by this review in the first place. I provided my invoice number so it could be verified, and heard nothing further until today, November 3. This now looks like a cut and paste job, by someone who isn't paying attention to the reviews, because if they were, they would know that they've already done this, and the review is verified as genuine.

So it looks to me as though they are trying to game Trustpilot, and doing a really bad job. They look to be waiting until a bad review has been up for months, and then flagging them in the hope that people wont bother to verify, and they'll be deleted.

And now they are adding replies to make it look as if they are doing something - 18 months after the review! And to top it off, they aren't reading the review, because if they did, they would know that the goods did turn up, it's just that I had to pay import duties on an item that was marked as "UK stock".

A word of advice Jessky - Don't try and make bad customer experiences go away by getting reviews deleted, or pretending to fix issues a year and a half later. When a customer has a bad experience, fix what is going wrong, and make sure the customer is happy, so they don't have to write reviews like this in frustration. I still had to pay £20 to customs to get my item, which would not have happened if the goods were UK stock. If you ship from China, be clear to customers that this is the case, and that duties will need to be paid.
