ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!
Called the morning of my flight to discover that it had been cancelled with the airline weeks prior, NO email notification, NO refund, absolutely NO communication from Jettzy.
Followed up with Jettzy with the promise of a refund for tickets that I had to purchase to travel. Thousands of dollars later!!!
Note: I did not purchase new tickets without the confirmation from Jettzy that they would refund the total cost of the NEW flights.
I have been emailing this company for over 4 weeks requesting a refund, IF I get a response it is to tell me to be patient, that these things take time. No timeframe for rectification. Just wait, it takes time to process, this is complex.
There is nothing complex about being TOLD directly I would receive a refund, not sure what their is to confirm.
I have to email 4+ times to get any sort of response.
Absolutely disgusting customer service.
WARNING!! AVOID AT ALL COST.

I tried adding baggage just after 1 hour of getting my tickets from sydney to Tasmania , and it is showing 200 dollars just to add baggage of 23kg.
Poor service.
Worst service, they want to charge fees for rebooking a flight even when it's the fault of the airline... seriously?!!!
I like that the process was smooth and ticket prices are cheap. But during the checkout, they suddenly changed the price and raised it to +65aud which was misleading to me.

worst experience ever with refund and insurance
I wanted yo change the daye on my leaving to honto Sydney , it charged me an extra $300 plus to change the date.Outrageous! I'm canceling my flight
