It's been a quite a few years since…
It's been a quite a few years since I've been using my jewelry since some health issues. Once I started wearing it again, I broke the clasp. I filed a claim and receviced a response within a couple of hours. In the day or so I was at the jewelers and starting on the repair. JM followed up with me after the repair. Everything was like clockwork and so easy to do. Glad I was covered!
