We were a bit apprehensive as we had never used Jason and Jasmine's jewellery repairs. However , we were amazed by the quality of the workmanship, transforming a faulty diamond ring to a stunning copy of the original design, using the original diamonds. We would therefore feel confident in recommending their services.

I cant recommend Jasmine & Jason enough. I have had an old sentimental bracelet sitting in a drawer for 10 years, with a missing piece of amber. They have restored my bracelet to its former glory. I was so pleased & I'm wearing it straight away. Service is 5*, quote, budget of spending to repair, delivery & return, updates, all smooth and efficient. I had my engagement ring repaired, reshaped, resized, a missing diamond replaced, polished and from enquiring about its cost, receiving the envelope to be sent for repairs, completing the form and being contacted with a quote, and making payment with various options for the ring to be safely returned to me, all was incredibly easy and very professional. I am very happy with my engagement ring, after almost 30 years, it definitely deserved some TLC and the replacement diamond matches perfectly with the others. I had a necklace which had broken and came across this company when looking for a jeweller that could repair it. The communication from start to finish was faultless and I had my repaired necklace back in under three weeks. The repair is amazing and I couldn’t tell where it was broken.

My wedding ring needed resizing, so I tried this company. They send you the package, which is insured, and a ring sizer, the postage is all pre-paid and 10 days later my ring came back by registered delivery, cleaned, polished and fitting perfectly! I am delighted with the result and even happier to know that I have supported a small business.

Brilliant repair for a very special piece
We couldn’t be happier with the work done on my wife’s bracelet. It belonged to her late mother and was originally bought by her dad from an antique shop many years ago, so the sentimental value is huge. Because of that, we were honestly a bit nervous about sending it away—it’s the kind of thing you just can’t replace if something goes wrong.
Before finding these guys, we’d been to a high street jeweller and were given an absolutely outrageous quote for the repair. When the quote came back from Jewellery Repairs UK, it was exactly what I’d expected and very reasonable indeed.
The repair itself was top-notch. They’ve cleaned it up beautifully and it came back looking fantastic, especially considering its age. My wife was absolutely over the moon to see it restored; seeing her that happy made it all worthwhile.
The whole process was so simple, too. I’m not sure where some of these comments about items being sent back in "normal" envelopes come from, as that wasn't our experience at all. You can actually choose exactly how the item is returned to you. They send you a proper tamper-proof Special Delivery bag to post it in, and ours came back safely in its own tamper-proof bag, wrapped up in plenty of bubble wrap. You get updates at every stage, so you always know where your item is. If you’ve got a precious or sentimental piece that needs some care, I really can’t recommend them enough.

They repaired my diamond bracelet and put a new safety chain on it. They charged half the price that a local jeweller quoted. It was so easy and efficient. I would highly recommend them.
