We would like to clarify that the product supplied is genuine and sourced direct from the manufacturer. It is not a knock-off, and we do take claims like this very seriously.
Taste and seasoning levels can sometimes vary between batches, as these are controlled by the manufacturer rather than ourselves. If you have concerns about the flavour or salt content, we would recommend contacting the manufacturer directly using the details provided on the reverse of the Hula Hoops packaging, as they are best placed to investigate this further.
We do appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are sorry that the product did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
On a lighter note, your comments did at least inspire a very entertaining afternoon in the office. Somebody suggested that perhaps we had all been secretly making “fake” Hula Hoops out of crayons and pasta in the warehouse, which somehow turned into the staff attempting to film a TikTok recreation. Thankfully, nobody will be leaving their day job to become a snack manufacturer any time soon, but it did give the office a good laugh for the afternoon.

There was an initial problem with delivery and date issue with my order which was dealt with very efficiently and effectively by Izzy in customer services. She was very pleasant and understanding.

Placed my first order last week - good range of products and fairly reasonable pricing - easily get through if need to contact customer services - delivery service within a couple of days which is adequate, and free if ordering enough - only downside is you don't know what time of day they are delivering and if you are a closed outlet on the fixed delivery days you can't plan your day as you need to get it inside and secure, so one answer is a lockable safe place and put instruction on the order for the driver (which i have done), or a phone call from driver - all in all started well
