Your order was placed on 24 December 2025 (Christmas Eve). Jo & Joe closed for the Christmas period and reopened on 2 January 2026, at which point your order was promptly dispatched via Royal Mail’s 48-hour service. As this service includes a weekend, delivery can take slightly longer during peak periods. Your parcel was successfully delivered on 7 January 2026.
While the delivery timeframe was impacted by the Christmas closure and the holiday postal schedule, we do appreciate that waiting can be frustrating, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I love my Jo & Joe sandals. I have so many now but always find an excuse to buy some more. Always well made and very comfortable but I mostly love them because they are so pretty. Quick delivery and easy returns (if required). You can’t go wrong.

My order was plain sailing, prompt delivery, beautifully boxed with tissue around each shoe. I had ordered 2 pairs of loafers, one In white and the other Silver, they are very soft leather, very comfortable, and stylish. Reasonably priced, I shall order from this company again.
