I used Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors for an RICS Level 2 Home Survey. Throughout my contact with the firm, Tess in the office was so pleasant and helpful. Alastair - the surveyor - was experienced, thorough and very clear in explaining what I needed to know from his survey. His written report was most helpful. I found the firm to be prompt, professional and very easy to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Joe Frazer was recommended to us by our solicitor, cannot praise them enough. We opted for the level 2 survey, within the week we received a very detailed 52 page report by Email. Using a traffic light system of green, yellow, and red areas to seek further advice.

Joe Mercer was jointly instructed as an expert witness, by the parties to a dispute, to provide valuations for a portfolio of properties. In our opinion, the services delivered were disappointing. His methodology was inconsistent, a number of the valuations were evidently incorrect, and he allowed himself to be influenced by one of the parties to the dispute. We would not recommend.

I am so glad I found Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors. I contacted quite a few companies for quotes and they were all charging double for the service we required. The survey was set out in a way that was readable and easy to understand .
