Excellent service
Went into Johnsons yesterday with the intention of having the 2 diamonds in my engagement ring built into an eternity ring and adding to them. We were served by a lovely lady called Julie who was very knowledgeable and helpful and not at all pushy. Her advice was that it would probably cost more having a ring made than buying one. I trusted her advice, tried a few on and settled for a lovely ring which sits and looks lovely next to my wedding ring. Julie also suggested I have my wedding ring resized and I'm so glad I did because I didn't realise what a deep impression it had made in my finger. Another suggestion was that I have my engagement ring resized (I hadn't worn it for years) and wear it on my other hand. My husband also had his wedding ring polished. My eternity ring was not in the sale but without asking they discounted it and resized my rings for a special price. We picked our rings up today and are extremely happy with the results. Birthday surprise
We wanted a specific Rolex watch for my wife and the store did everything they could to get the watch in time for my wife’s birthday
We visited late aug and the watch came 1 day after my wife’s birthday
Absolutely fantastic great service we felt very special thank you
We did visit other Rolex retailers but no one matched the same service or would try and help to the extent that they advised us was that we would probably have to wait upto a couple of years
So a big thank you and well done highly recommend definitely be returning

From the moment you walk into this jewellers you feel welcome. All the staff are extremely friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. A Credit to independent Jewellers
It's rare that I find time to write a review about a company however with my recent purchase experience with Johnsons Jewellers I felt it necessary.
Having purchased a Speedmaster from them in August and subsequently changing my mind a few weeks later for a different model the courtesy and kindness extended to me throughout the purchase experience was exemplary.
The team (special thanks to Bethan and Libby) were understanding of my very particular needs and at no point made me feel that I was an inconvenience to them, helping throughout.
Ultimately I changed my mind on the Speedmaster and the quickness to which they were able to resolve this and refund without any prompting shows true customer values.
I'm still in the market for other watches and will look no further than Johnsons for my coming purchases.
Thank you again to the whole team, you're a credit to independent small businesses who really understand customers needs and expectations.

The mark of any good store is how they deal with a problem. I purchased an item from Johnsons & within the first couple of days a fault was noticed , Robert & Julie sorted it quickly with a replacement of my choice , with no issues and a apology even though it was clearly a manufactures fault . The thing I also love is if the watch does not look good on my wrist Julie will tell me so and that is the honesty and shopping experience I like . Spot 5 plus stars

I wasn’t local so couldn’t visit the shop and I had all my dealings with them remotely. They were really patient with my many queries and very responsive and helpful.
