Great first-time experience.

Please be assured that your UK ETA application (SH-440387737) has already been completed successfully. Your UK ETA has been approved and delivered to the email address associated with your application.
There is no need to submit a new application if you are travelling with the same passport details used for the approved ETA.
If you are unable to locate the ETA approval email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk or promotions folder as well. For your convenience, I have also attached a copy of your approved ETA approval letter to this email thread.

I have used Sherpa to obtain e-visas for multiple countries throughout my travels, and I have always found the process simple and easy. The website is easy to navigate and offers valuable information. If they cannot provide a e-visa for a country (due to regulations), they will often offer directions as to next steps where it can be obtained. Would/will definitely use again in the future
