Really disappointed - No delivery of goods and No customer service....and no Refund apparently
Really disappointed. I bought an item from this company six weeks ago for a gift and it still hasn't turned up. Absolutely no effort to respond despite numerous emails and phone calls. Wish i had seen the reviews on trust pilot and Facebook beforehand - I doubt I would have bothered. As it is I am now significantly out of pocket despite having made a purchase in good faith. Feeling completely ripped off.
Postscript - December 8 - Funny how they responded the same day when publicly criticised for their lack of service and response, and yes, they promised me a refund - they even said it 'had been' processed (past tense) - and so here we are a month later and still no money refunded.........They took the money for the original purchase within 24h but have since had my money for more than two months and have provided neither product nor refund. If you're thinking about doing business with this company do yourself a favour. Don't.

I ordered a a new Blazer on 16th October 2025. I want this for Remembrance Sunday. It is now November 4th and I still don't have it. Even though I was given a tracking number, Royal Mail are still waiting for it. The website claims that all orders will be delivered by Remembrance Sunday. I contacted Andrew, whom I believe is in charge or owns this company. He informed me it would be with me tomorrow (today). This was a blatant lie. I have now informed him that I will be moving this matter (after a particular date) to a legal footing. My personal advice is, "DO NOT ORDER GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY". It cannot be trusted.
Avoid this company
Ordered a blazer from this company back end of September allowing for plenty of time to have it for remembrance Sunday next weekend. After the 10 working days for delivery came and went I started to chase it up and had the blazer delivered a week later. Now I was rather happy with the quality of the blazer, however my regimental badge was incorrectly embroidered on it. I then emailed the company explaining this and they offered to replace the item and assured me it would be a couple of days turnaround. Well it took a couple of days and a few emails and phone calls to actually be provided with a returns label once I received this I returned the item same day with confirmation it was delivered back to the company the following day. After a week I hadn't received the replacement so contacted the company who assured me it was being dispatched that very day. That was Monday this week, now it's Friday and the tracking number provided still states waiting to receive item from the company. Numerous phone calls and emails go unanswered, and with remembrance Sunday fast approaching I've had to look elsewhere, this seems to be a one man show, with zero customer service. Sadly I didn't check the reviews until after the initial 10 working day period, I'm hoping others don't make the same mistake. How this so called company has managed to hold a license to use the military insignia is beyond me. Stay well clear, you will be sorely disappointed if you use this company.

Credit where credits due
I found this company online and didn’t check the reviews as I don’t often take any notice, or write them. But when I got my order and called them to say could I possibly get some more as I think I’ve under ordered, the girl was so lovely and said they would do me a great deal as they had already saved the copy etc. so I felt compelled to leave a review. I then saw some of the bad ones and cannot belief it’s the same company. I have to say, some of the bad reviews look a little ranty to me and I think some people just enjoy doing such things, they don’t realise that it can ruin a business and perhaps should think about the way they write, or give the company chance to sort things first. I run a little coffee shop and my reviews can make or break me!! So I get it. This company is amazing and I highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs
As a veteran of 23 years and wanting to represent my former Corps with appropriate dress on Remembrance Sunday, I ordered from joint service foolishly without checking reviews first. A company using the name Joint Services Clothing gave me the impression that the standard of clothing and service would be something similar to the military tailors who provide such a quality service to serving soldiers all around the country, I couldn't be further from the truth of it.
Firstly the delivery while not exactly prompt, did arrive eventually. I ordered a Corps Blazer (no badge but with buttons) and a shirt. The clothes were stuffed into the smallest plastic postal bag they could possible have used and both garments were folded and creased extensively, not an issue for the shirt obviously but the blazer looked a complete mess. The Blazer itself was a complete joke, the regiment buttons were the cheapest crap I have ever seen with the Corps Badge not even central to the circular button and they looked awful, black with grey/white printing. The blazer itself was cheap tat, it still had the manufacturers label on it which stated that it was a school blazer. I'd be embarrassed to attach my medals and wear such a shabby garment on a remembrance parade.
The white shirt was obviously made of cheap cotton and seriously poor quality. I have a number of shirts purchased from shops such as next much higher quality cotton and with fantastic textures.
I contacted JSC to return my items, they answered the phone on the first occasion I called and said that they would send me a returns label by email that afternoon. Nothing. I have then proceeded to contact them on multiple occasions over the course of 3 weeks and leave a number of answer phone messages. Not once have I had my call answered or have they responded to my messages and returned my call.
If I could give them zero stars I would, but can't. If you are reading these reviews JSC sort your customer service out, you're borderline scamming people with the price you charge for your products for the tat you deliver. If I wanted to wear school uniform to a parade that means so much to so many I'd just go down Tescos....

Quality was excellent, I've ordered kit from other sites and T shirts etc have shrunk even on a wool wash, these haven't, they're not the usual Fruit of the Loom.

Don’t always trust reviews
Ordered a blazer and sent my own badge to be attached. I received an email informing me my item had been sent and a tracking number. The package did not arrive. After reading the reviews on the company I was worried my item would not arrive as had happened, especially as the badge I had supplied is no longer available. The company was hard to contact by phone and emails were nearly never answered. After contacting and now obviously some hard work by the company my item arrived nearly 2 weeks after it was sent. The blazer is good quality and nice workmanship sewing the pocket badge on. I would have given 5 stars but think they should have each item scanned by their courier on receipt and have better contact arrangements.
