Customer service inexistent
I had an issue with my last order - description on their website was wrong and did not match what I received, and I contacted customer support for a return label. It’s been 2-3 weeks now and I still didn’t get an answer.
Update: after eventually answering, Jollyroom expects me to pay a FEE for returning an item that was falsely advertised on their website. Ridiculous! This was definitely my last order.

I trusted them
I trusted them even if the descriptions and the photos of the overalls were not sufficient in my opinion. But I was right and I have chosen the perfect product to face the German winter for my daughter. I wrote an email asking info about the shipment and they answered quickly. I am totally satisfied

Jollyroom hat keinen zuverlässigen Lieferservice. Die Ware wird nicht zugeliefert, weder werden Lösungen zur Behebung von Lieferfehlern angeboten. Die einzige Lösung war, dass sie das Geld zurückgeben werden. Außerdem hat die Kundendienstmitarbeiterin dem Kunden nicht zugehört.
Jollyroom doesn’t have a trustworthy delivery service. It doesn’t deliver the product, neither offer any solutions to delivery errors. The only solution was, that they would give the money back. Also, the person at customers service didn’t have the capacity to listen to the customer.
Jollyroom no posee un servicio de entrega confiable. No entrega el producto ni tampoco ofrece soluciones, para corregir errores de entrega. Simplemente indican que devolverán el dinero. Además la persona de servicio al cliente no posee capacidad de escucha al cliente.
