No extra packing
Everything went smoothly. However I would expect the package to be shipped in an extra packaging. We have ordered a big plastic game, where I was going to keep the original box. It was just shipped without any extra protection and even the game is fine, the box is damaged.

Great shop!
Even though the items came from Sweden to Munich - Germany, they were delivered fast (5 work days). Items were great and high quality. I have some to be returned now, so let's see how that goes. The return label was pre-provided, which is always great.

Wrong product, inconvenient returning.
I ordered two chairs but instead a car seat for kids was delivered. As it was a big box and the return policy demands the client to return it by himself one can imagine the inconvenience to take it to a Post office. I have to mention the fact that I had to pay for the return.
Anyway, ordered cancelled and thinking twice about purchaising anything in this website again.

The products are ok
The products are ok, but the coustumer service and contact with the company are bad. I did not recive an answer to a complaint about damaged product for more than 3 weeks (I am still waiting).
