Very impressed with Josa-AC from start to finish. Friendly, informative, professional, communicative and executed the work in a timely manner. Very happy with the whole experience, no mess and would recommend them if you are thinking of getting AC. 3 units fitted - conservatory, bedroom and lounge and they are so effective.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Well mannered, efficient and kept me informed all the time as to timings etc.

Great service from initial contact, installation and follow up. Chris did a very neat job installing the Mitsubishi Premium AC units and now we can enjoy a good nights sleep and cool home office environment. Highly recommended and will use Josa-AC again in future.

Chris, the Josa-AC engineer, did a great job of installing 2 a/c units in our bedrooms yesterday and we immediately enjoyed crispy cool sleeping conditions on what was a warm and muggy night. Chris was punctual, friendly, and worked quickly, quietly and cleanly. The a/c units themselves are quiet and look good outside and in. And they will work as air source heaters for our rooms in the winter.

A friend had an installation done and recommended to us. We contacted the team, and they gave us the same price. The installation and everything was very smooth and easy. The team on the day kept us informed, and kept everything tidy. The machine was excellent. Really friendly to work with too. We then recommended them to another friend, and they also got an AC from them. So with 3 of us in the friendship circle with an AC (domestic unit) from them in less than a year, I don't think you can go wrong with Josa AC. Can't recommend highly enough.

I can highly recommend Lee and his team of fitters for an excellent install in my home. The install comprised of a multi split system covering the livingroom and master bedroom/dressing room and a single system covering the kitchen/diner. They were very thorough showing me how the system worked and asking my opinion of the install to make sure I was happy with everything. I will select Josa-AC for any further works and for the maintenance of this system.
