I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I rang with a problem with my boiler and Helen got Rhys and his partner to me within hours. The guys did an excellent job and couldn’t have been more obliging. I am so impressed with the work, the speed it was done, the price and the friendliness, politeness and professionalism of everyone I came into contact with.

JSH Plumbing and Heating came highly recommended and I can only reiterate their professionalism having now had a shower tray, panelling and shower screens fitted.
From the initial contact with Simon to the work carried out by Rhys and Joe everything went smoothly which is a rarity today. All work was performed with minimal mess to a very high standard and I can’t praise them enough for the care they took during the installation.
I would have no concerns in recommending JSH to anyone.

I needed a new cloakroom plumbed in and Rhys fitted it beautifully in a day and left everything clean and tidy and did a brilliant job

I would highly recommend JSH Plumbing to everyone, I phoned late afternoon after returning from work and water was pouring out my boiler. Helen who answered the phone was so lovely and said she would see if someone was able to come, she kept me informed and Simon was there within the hour, he was so kind and helpful and came back the next day with the part needed to fix the boiler. The service from start to finish was outstanding and I'll be definitely using them for any plumbing and heating needs in the future. Thank you so so much 😊

This company came recommended to me already. Simon was really easy to deal with and came out immediately. Tom and Joe were very efficient and friendly during the visit. A great company to deal with and I can’t recommend them enough. I’ll be using them for all of my plumbing work from now on!

JSH have just completed a makeover on my daughters bathroom, and wow what an amazing job Rhys and Joe have done. They are a credit to JSH, so professional, clean and tidy, I would definitely recommend JSH plumbing to family and friends. Well done and thank you.

Simon and Team were excellent. Installed a new Hive system quickly and seamlessly and kindly rid us of the separate living room Tado thermostat loop that we don’t want. They were able to loop the heating into one system within minutes during the job. Response times were incredibly fast and the system was up and running not much more than 36 hours from first phone call to ordering the Hive and install completion. With a bit of luck on Simon’s timings JSH helped us avert near disaster with a leaking tap in our new house too. Luckily they caught it and isolated the problem and repaired it again within minutes. Can’t rate the service and professionalism highly enough. 5 stars plus here! Thank you Team!

I called at teatime and Rhys appeared the next morning, very efficient, personable and helpful. Really couldn’t fault him and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again.

I’m sometimes cynical when I see all 5 star reviews, but I called JSH and they came around at a date that suited me, I had an old gas fireplace removed and capped and a radiator removed too, they were on time, very nice chaps, quality of work was excellent and happy with price too, can’t fault them, definitely will be using them for future jobs I have coming up, already recommend them to a few friends who have had not so good experiences with other companies. I now understand all the five star reviews lol

Had my boiler replaced with JSH after it died earlier in the week. They came out as an emergency call they explained my options with replacing or fixing clearly. Once I decided they where straight onto it with ordering a new one and getting it installed as quickly as they could. Great service definitely going to use them again.

Professional and good communication throughout, had a number of works done in the bathroom and everything was ordered and done for me without a fuss. Rhys and Joe were on time, polite and professional and got on with the job. Really pleased with the work and the cost was very reasonable. Would recommend and definitely use JSH again. I cannot recommend JSH enough! My contact with Helen was so refreshing, she was friendly and so accommodating. My parents are elderly and their fire stopped working, Simon attended their home to asses the issue and advised us honestly and professionally on what needed to be done. Some remedial works were carried out and a new fire was fitted within the week. Thank you so much we really appreciate all your help.
