Poor delivery service
Repeatedly told that the order was on the wagon and on its way - tuns out it wasn't and no one had bothered to even phone. I'd have cancelled the order if they weren't able to deliver when they said they could. First and last time I'll be using - would definitely avoid if looking to use their delivery.

Overall, a good experience
Ordered online. Waited for a phone call to arrange delivery, and subsequently rang myself the following day to arrange this. The paving slabs were broke when delivered, but were taken straight back and delivered the following day. Saying all that, found the staff I contacted by phone very pleasant and helpful, and the delivery man I met, again very pleasant in his approach. First time I've used them, but would most certainly use them in the future.

All my requests ( late delivery, driver to assist with 850k bag of gravel to be split whilst present ) All no problem. The driver even explained to this novice how to split the bag in on swift swipe. ( helped been a chef for 37yrs with the knife action)

Great customer service, David jones from the Otley branch always goes above and beyond for me every time I need any materials. He even came in on his day off to sort me a boiler out for an emergency boiler replacement I had to do. 10/10 service

Misleading product listing and…
Misleading product listing and presentation. The vanity unit I bought is pictured with the basin attached, but the basin is actually sold separately and this was not made clear enough when ordering. I only found out after delivery. I then had to order the matching basin separately and pay a second £28 delivery charge on top of the first one. Technically the items may be separate, but the wording and images strongly imply you are buying the complete unit. Very frustrating experience where I ended up paying two delivery fees unnecessarily.
