5* without question for my local branch…
5* without question for my local branch (Kirkby Stephen). Delivery drivers always helpful, placing large items where requested.
However I recently ordered two pairs of side-hinged wooden garage doors from them - these came from a central supplier, I think, not the KS branch. We didn't notice until after applying some wood treatment and having the joiner on site to fit them that one set of doors had two right-hand doors, instead of a R and L.
Luckily the joiner could modify the incorrect door, but this shows very poor quality control when packing the items.

What an arrogant manager at the Bingley…
What an arrogant manager at the Bingley branch, rang the head office to complain and 3 weeks later I am waiting for a complaint manager to call me back as promised. Oh I ended up ordering the same product from another supplier at 40% cheaper after the event at Bingley.
Good luck with your business JT Atkinson but I am a customer who won't be returning and I am sure you'll be getting more people moving business away from you

Very easy to order what I wanted on line and it was delivered in a timely manner. The rear wheel drive delivery lorry and driver were very efficient and professional allowing the load to be placed well off the road and conveniently near the building project
