The free version is great and does what…

The free version is great and does what it is supposed to do, but be aware of its limitations small as they are I am taking the plunge to upgrade as it is the only way I can get shopify bundles to work with the app unfortunately

Even the free version is great!

I'm using the free version for now and I'm very impressed! I switched from Tydal Reviews which was nothing but problems after a strong start. This was SEAMLESS! I set it up in 2 hours!

I only had one question and support answered it immediately.

Hiding negative reviews

Hiding negative reviews.

I have left a negative review for a product I bought. Judge.me has allowed the retailer to hide this review. Their site shows this specific retailer only publishes 76% of reviews - all of which are positive and they brand themselves as 4.96 stars out of 5 based on their reviews.

Reviews exist but are not accessible to me as the reviewer

I have submitted multiple reviews via Judge.me for a retailer.

These reviews are publicly visible on the merchant’s website and are clearly linked to my purchases (I have also received reward codes for submitting them).

However, when I log into my Judge.me reviewer account, it shows that I have 0 reviews.

This means my reviews exist within the platform but are not accessible to me as the original reviewer.

Additionally, one of my reviews is now displayed under a different name format than the one I originally submitted, which I did not change.

I have contacted support multiple times, but all responses have been automated and incorrectly redirect me back to the merchant, despite this being a platform issue.

At present, I have no control over reviews submitted under my name, which raises concerns about transparency and data integrity.

I would like this investigated properly by a human support agent.

The AI chat exceeded my expectations…

The AI chat exceeded my expectations with troubleshooting and fixing a somewhat complex scenario. Very impressed. Live agents are available at any time to step in, but I didn't need that at all and honestly it would have slowed down this configuration troubleshooting. However, my interactions with Support have been fast and very good experiences!
