Fraudulent Website.
I ordered a product worth 2450 pkr from Beautypouch.pk (paid in advance) and it's been almost 2 weeks, first they lied that we dispatched the package and now from 2 days they're not responding to me on Whatsapp neither picking call, everyone please be aware and stay away from this fraudulent website and people behind it, they're looting people. I've registered a complaint against them in FIA and will do more as well to teach them a lesson. They really need some punishment. I'm attaching screenshots of payment proof, their Bank account details and my texts, kindly help me regarding this fraudulent group so they could get behind bars.

A customer left a product review (x2) on the wrong products. Fin was able to get this resolved super quick, like 10 minutes or less quick.

From the drop-down menu, after selecting products to go to the template section, to add a section where we should find the Judge Me app, there instead it says No app blocks available for this section could that mean that it is within the theme is not showing up with it? Judge.me has an excellent support team and they really roll out new product features frequently. They are always improving their app. I love that they are so integrated with many other apps like TikTok too!

I recently had an experience with the review platform Judge.me that made me question how transparent its review system can be when used by online stores.
After purchasing from an online shop that uses Judge.me to collect and display customer reviews, I attempted several times to submit an honest 1-star review describing my experience with the company. I used the exact email address linked to my purchase and also the official review link that the store itself sent requesting feedback.
Each time, the Judge.me review form accepted the submission without showing any error.
Interestingly, the product I purchased and the store where I bought it later appeared in my Judge.me account (for example in the “favorites” section), which suggests that my interaction and review submission were properly registered by the platform.
However, the review itself never appeared publicly on the store page where Judge.me reviews are displayed.
This suggests that reviews submitted through Judge.me may remain internally in a pending or approval state controlled by the store using the platform. In practice, this means customers may believe they are submitting feedback that will be visible, while publication may depend entirely on whether the store approves the review.
My review was factual, detailed and written in a respectful tone. It simply described problems I experienced with the company’s order handling and customer support.
A review platform such as Judge.me should ideally allow customers to see both positive and negative experiences. Otherwise the ratings shown on a store’s website risk presenting an incomplete picture of real customer feedback.
Because my review was accepted through the Judge.me submission process but never published on the store’s review section, it raises questions about how much control stores may have over which reviews ultimately become visible to potential customers.
Consumers who rely on online reviews when making purchasing decisions should be aware that this may occur when review systems are managed through platforms like Judge.me.
Transparency in review platforms is essential for maintaining consumer trust.

I had a small issue with the star ratings not displaying correctly on the multilingual pages of my Shopify store. The Judge.me support team responded quickly and provided clear step-by-step instructions to fix the problem.

After removing the translated metafields in the Translate & Adapt app, everything started working perfectly across all languages.

I don't understand how this website can have such a high score.
It is fake. The business owner has all the power of censure or approve each review that is submitted.
It is not at all like Trustpilot. Don't trust any website that claims to have good reviews on judge.me

Their customer service is awesome. Everyone in the chat is very helpful and actually follow through on troubleshooting my issues. That aspect has been great. My only real issue with the app is how expensive it is. It costs double what I would expect an app like this to cost. I’m using the free trial, then we’ll see how it goes. My plan is to downgrade to the free version, but they won’t even let you add your logo with the free version so any future sales will likely think the review request email is a scam. But I guess that’s Judge.me’s plan. ~For that, maybe they should get 3 stars.

I’ve been using Judge.me for about five years now, and it has been phenomenal for my business.

One of the biggest advantages for me is that I’ve been able to bring thousands of reviews from my well-established Etsy shop into my Shopify store. That level of social proof has been incredibly valuable. When customers land on my website and see real reviews from buyers who have purchased my art prints over the years, it immediately builds trust and credibility.

Another feature I absolutely love is their coupon system tied to reviews. When someone leaves a review, they can receive a coupon for a future purchase, and it even encourages customers to upload photos along with their reviews. This has been amazing for my shop because it not only generates beautiful customer photos of my artwork in their homes, but it has also brought me a lot of return buyers.

The app itself is easy to work with and integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Every time I update my theme, it’s very simple to reconnect everything and get the reviews displaying exactly where I want them.

Their support team is also outstanding. Anytime I’ve had a question, someone responds quickly through the in-app chat or gets back to me within the hour. On several occasions they’ve even helped me with small pieces of CSS code so I could customize how the reviews appear on my store.

I truly can’t praise this company and this app enough. Judge.me has been an essential part of building trust with my customers, and I honestly wouldn’t run my Shopify store without it.
