This website has always been good in paling out. However, today it was taken offline with more than 2.000 euros of my money on it. I have contacten customer support and the only reaction i get is 'this problem is personal to you'. It looks like the developers have decided to take all the money on it and leave. If the website codes back online in the next 24 hours i will update my review to 5 stars; the game offering was good and i never had a problem with cashing out (besides it taking a while) before. Just the fact that 2000 euros is gone and i do not get clear direction on where it is as the site is down makes me very negative and think these guys are scammers

I have a VIP manager within Jungliwin

I have a VIP manager within Jungliwin, I have a few amounts due for payment and the first amount of 350 euros must apparently have been paid out. I did not receive this. contacted several times but avoided my questions.
normally i have a good experience playing on jungliwin and receiving payouts but this time really not.

I always ask whether they have transferred it to the correct account number, after many questions I receive an answer to my question that my account number is correct to which they have transferred it. they keep insisting that I must have gotten it. just make me look like a liar if I keep saying I didn't get it.

then they say you must have received it on one of your other banks, would you like to check this? When I indicate that I only have 1 bank and only this one is known to Jungliwin, they keep giving strange answers.

Very bad experience

I Registered to Jungliwin at April of 2024 all this time until last days o f July i played to them without any problem untill the day wich i asked for my first withdrawal after many deposits to my account. My withdrawal rejected and i contacted with them via live chat to ask for the reason. Then the customer support inform me that my country wich i live is prohibited to site and i can not withdraw my money. When i registered the same support said me that players from Greece are welcome to play to jungliwin. They never told me that players from Greece are not allowed to play here. Even today as anybody from Greece can register to this site without any problem. When i verified my account (before a month ago) i uploaded my ID CARD wich showed that i am a Greek citizen they didn't tell me anything and they keep accepted my deposits without any problem. Today they said me that i can not withdraw because i am from a prohibited country......
I made a request for full refund of my deposits and i have to wait 1 to 14 working days for an answer...
I encourage everyone not play here.
