Bad casino

Bad casino, they are all scammers out there, received an offer one day, which i received one week later, all they did was telling me to wait while i deposited a lot. The day after i received a new offer, a free bet trough mail. They won’t add it because they say i already received it while i never did. Whole different offer dates, whole different offers. Don’t play here, these guys take your money and all they do is lie and scam! Watch out

One of the worst experiences I ever had…

One of the worst experiences I ever had in gambling website. Claimed a promotion and I did not receive it - I wrote to them they told me that I will receive it and "responsible department" is looking into this. Almost a month later and 10 emails the promotion has not been credited. The funny thing is that when I ask them why the promotion has not been credited they still tell me that they are working on it. Also I deposited with Jeton and when I requested a withdrawal they did not want to pay me with this method and I had to use bank transfer. The only positive is that they actually paid me, however customer support was nightmare do deal with and they do not care what is happening with your account if you need help. Do not play with this website!

Hidden requirements and shady customer support

The company offers a meager bonus for your deposit. The issue is I couldn't bet with the bonus bet at all. The policy didn't specify why I couldn't bet the bonus. It just said "can't bet on this bet slip" didn't matter what sport, live or not.

I asked the customer support to help and tell me what was the issue. The customer support barely spoke english and just tried to get me to deposit more money without actually assisting me with my issue.

The site is a scam.

The biggest scammers on the planet.
Firstly deposit is instant and for withdrawal they take 3 days.
I have done my first deposit and then I try to withdraw using paytm minimum withdrawal is 5000 i deposit again playing and won 8000.
I put my withdrawal it took three days to approved. Then I waited 6 days withdrawal shown cancel I contacted customer support only they have one reply wait we will revert by e-mail l.
If withdrawal failed balance should reverse to wallet. But they eaten that as well showing 0. I am going to raise my complaint on it.

Free Bets are a scam

The free bets you get with withdrawal bonuses seem to be a scam. When you win a bet with the free bet the winnings are not added to your balance. I have requested that my money be added multiple times and the only response I ever get is that the "responsible department" will process my request and notify me by e-mail, but that is obviously a lie. I withdrew money from real-money bet wins and I am afraid I will not receive my winnings in my bank account. I have seen multiple people say that it takes way too long. Definitely do not deposit money on this casino, it's not worth your time.

I can't play most of the games I'm only…

I can't play most of the games I'm only allowed like a fifth of them, maybe less. Sometimes the whole site gets blocked and I get the message that they're not allowing access from the russian federation, well I'm not in russia or from russia and my country does not even border russia. Unprofessional! It took almost three whole days to get my withdrawal. Nowadays 1 hour is long time waiting, so three days is ridiculous! But, in all fairness, I did get the money, so I guess that part is trust worthy. No responsible gambling alternatives at all, that is really bad! Sometimes you really need to be able to take a break or set limits.
