Withdrawals

Edit: After so ridiculous conversation with Artur, after showing them many screenshots and bank statements they added one missing withdrawal to my player account, but still one payment is missing. They keep telling me that they paid out everything. Freakin joke. :/

I made 7 withdrawals using MasterCard Withdrawal. First withdrawal on 9.01, second and third on 10.01, fourth and fifth on 11.01, sixth on 12.01 and seventh on 13.01. I received only 5 withdrawals. One on 11.01, one on 12.01 and three on 14.01. It’s been 10 days since last two withdrawals and I still haven’t received my winnings. One of these two withdrawals has status ‚confirmed’, another one ‚received’. I contacted Artur last week, sending all details, including screenshots and income statement. He said that they will check it. Almost four days later still no answer. I have asked one more time today. Arturs answer - ‚which withdrawal you are interested in?’. Serious? I’ve never had these kind of problems with any other bookmaker.

I can recommend this Casino if you have high tolerance in waiting game

Jungliwin is a fine casino varieties of games.. as what i have promised with my previous review i would update if my withdrawal is successful. Fortunately ,it is! Thank you jungliwin. Thanks to agent in Live chat for being honest. Theres nothing wrong with this casino. Its just their finance system ia very slow.. If you have a high tolerance in waiting I can recommend this casino if not stay away .. it would take days before you get your withdrawal but im sure you will have it. I.just hope that they will improve in that matter..

Winnings, but not in my account after 10 days

I made withdrawal on 30-12-23 but I still have not received my winnings. It has been 2 weeks already and customer support keeps on telling me that I should wat 1-14 days before it is in my account. I should file a complaint because this looks like delaying the process on purpose.

Minimum withdrawal 1000!
