This is the worst casino I ever played…

This is the worst casino I ever played in. I made a deposit with 75% deposit bonus , I received my deposit only after 5 days , and of course without any bonuses. They also offer me some bonuses but when I ask them about it they say that there is not available bonuses. 😀 I don’t even know have casino like this can get a license. 😂 There is a better places for gambling , don’t play in this scam casino !

do not take customers seriously

I have a lot to write about this carrier but I'll give them another chance to respond to my request before I post it all here.
I have been waiting for the operator's response to my refund request for too long, every day they inform me "your request is being processed, you will receive a response today" and I never get a response. The customer service and problem solving of this operator is completely zero. If I don't hear from the operator I will make the nature of that complaint public with evidence for all to see. I hope this message reaches you and you reply to me so I don't have to post the nature of the complaint here and to askgamblers.
I will only remove the review if we get my complaint resolved

This is the most bad casino whit whitdraw i already send them more then 20 email and allso chat and they lie everytime again.
I made a whitdraw of €1200 and they steel my money and don’t pay nothing out.
Shame on boomerang casino realy i do not have any good words anymore for them.
Allso i wi start a case to the casino and take my lawyer i hand.
Because they think that they can steel from me,but be sure whe see each other in court.
Delay is one thing but scamming and steeling is going to far.

DONT PLAY HERE!

I do not recommend you to play at this casino. the attitude of customer service towards problem players is negligible. you send them several emails and they don't block you because of a game problem but ignore your request. you complain to them about it and you never get an answer to your complaint. I have been waiting 1 month for an answer to my refund request, which is what I was told. they act irresponsibly and illegally. customer service chat closes chats, chat says contact your vip agent vip agent doesn't answer for 1 month, I don't understand why they have chat if it doesn't even help players. the email either does not respond or says "wait"
I have found a lawyer against them, if you have faced the same problems you can contact me, a class action can be filed.

I have never come across a similar and really reckless casino.
