Deposit issue and pathetic chat support
I have used the app twice first time in June 2023 the deposit into the game happened in 7 working days and now deposit on 7th September 2023 which the deposit is still in investigation. The support chat is of no help. Set email to their support to which there is no response.
Honestly speaking guys stay away from this website. There are better websites which is more reliable.
I will not promote the other site name becoz ot would not be fair to my review about Jungliwin..
16th Sep - The below response email they mentioned to contact for support is very same email I wrote to and there was no response. I wonder if they copy paste the below verbiage to show they investigating. Either ways I am staying away from this casino. 2 bad instance is a lesson learnt. Deposit made through the recommended manner. It was my initial sign up deposit. No sign of the money credited to the account. Contacted customer care with the payment informations including references. Asked to wait 6 hour and then asked to wait may be hours or days which they are not sure of. Not good enough!-
Sent an email to the support with all the details received the same response for my query. In total i contacted them 7 times in 7 days
Apparently looking into it as per their queue- 7 days now gone. Stay away from this casino.
