SCAM - DO NOT USE

Absolute scammers. I still have not been paid after withdrawing my money. The app does not work and the website crashes constantly. Avoid at all costs.

hi, I've been waiting now since October 2 / today is October 10 but no payment came? I received an email that my winnings are on their way. But no money came. When you write to customer service, you only get a reply wait 1/to 7 days your money is sent! But no money is there. What bad service

What bad service! Unfortunately I deposited money to play a few casino games. I won a nice amount. However, I have been waiting for a while for my money to be transferred to my bank account. DONT use this Casino App

Please DONT use this Casino App, Its one of the worst experiences that can happen to you. I recommend whatever money you thought of playing/gambling in this App you might as well take that money and burn it. It will save you the trouble of following up with them.
1. Thier Deposit system is not reliable (there is no guarantee that it will get credited into you game account) if it does happen it takes them 7-14 or more days for them to investigate it.
2. Withdrawal is another Nightmare; you would be lucky if you get any winning, but if you do get lucky then getting it into your bank account is another gamble or chance you take with the withdrawal process.
3. Chat support is AMAZINGLY incompetent and useless.
4. The email address they mention to contact them support at jungliwin com is another useless information they will give you, but you will never get a response from them. At least I havent for the last 2 months.
5. Thier app will kick you out or disconnect you when you on a winning streak, maybe a glitch but others have mentioned the same experience.
6. It's a very nice app to refer your enemies or rivals who you cannot stand seeing happy and successful. they will certainly not disappoint you, they will make sure that your referrals will not have a good experience.
Last but not the least DONT USE THIS APP. If you do use it, Please share you experience here so we could try and save others.
