At the start of my apprenticeship i was very shy and not so confident, with the help of my skills coach and tutor Harris, I was able to build my confidence not only in every day life skills, but also in my coursework.

i found the apprenticeship very useful in developing my skills and had constant support from Harris Aslam my skills
coach.

Harris Aslam help me stay focused, providing a constant method of communication, when I needed assistance to insure I hit all my targets. Also he supplied patience and positivity when i was confused.

Really good experience using Juniper for my apprenticeship! Although I had a rocky start with a couple mentors, Juniper always sorted it out and I've since been with Emma Rayne as my mentor. She is absolutely brilliant, always goes above and beyond, so easy to talk to, and felt supported by her the whole time.

I had a great experience with Juniper, Jaz was great and always gave me the help and support I needed. I would definitely do an apprenticeship with them again and would recommend them to any one looking to do an apprenticeship!

I have just completed my Business Administration apprenticeship receiving a distinction. Harris was helpful throughout and assisted me with any question I had and the resources available from Juniper were amazing. Overall there was plenty of help from them and I would recommend them for anyone looking to take on a new challenge.

From the start of my apprenticeship 18 months ago my confidence has grown massively, meeting new people in workshops and talking to people around my company. I want to say a massive thanks to Harris Aslam for helping me through this and giving me advise when needed! He’s been great!

Juniper training has been alongside me throughout my apprenticeship and supported the best they can. I had Harris Aslam as a tutor who made it possible for me to receive the grade I got. If it wasn’t for the support of Harris and juniper I wouldn’t be where I am and I wouldn’t hold the knowledge and skills I have today which help me succeed within my job role.

Juniper Training is a really good apprenticeship provider, they help you and give you a lot of support when you need it even if you don't ask for it. Harris A. is a very good tutor and valuable mentor/coach and is always there to help you out.

I was in collage studying health and social care and I did work experience in this pharmacy and they gave me a wonderful opportunity. I’ve developed all my communication skills, it skills and more. I’ve learned more about how working in a pharmacy works and the process of it all. I’ve revised support from all my colleagues. I found it worthwhile and if I didn’t find this traineeship I would have carried on in health and social care with no idea what to do in the future.

The work if very interesting and releatable for what I want to do in the future. All my classmates are great and I've made some good friends along the way too and my teacher is very helpful to as he is always pushing us to do our very best!

My experience with Juniper training was so helpful and has helped me alot. While in my course my tutor nikol was so helpful and supported me the whole way. I have gained so much experience and confidence and now have been offered a job were i completed my course.

Before starting my traineeship, I was unsure about what career path I wanted to take. I was applying for jobs but often felt unprepared and lacked confidence. I wanted to gain experience but did not know how to get my foot in the door.
Since beginning the traineeship, I have developed a wide range of skills, both practical and professional. I have improved my communication, time management, and customer service skills. I also learned about teamwork, workplace etiquette, and how to handle different tasks independently.
Throughout the programme, I received strong support from my tutors, my manager, and my colleagues. They offered guidance, regular feedback, and encouragement that helped me grow in confidence.
As a result of the traineeship, I now feel ready to enter the workforce. I have a better understanding of what is expected in a job and how to perform well. I have even started applying for jobs with more confidence.
I found the experience worthwhile. It gave me a clearer idea of what I want to do and helped me build a solid foundation for my career. If I hadn’t joined the traineeship, I think I would still be searching aimlessly for jobs, feeling stuck and uncertain about my future.

I was in a class taught by Nikol every week, and she was so helpful. She ensured every one in the class understood what to do, and how to complete assignments. She was extremely supportive and understanding, and made learning easier for us all.
