Juniper Training have been alongside me while completing my Business Admin Apprenticeship, and have helped me throughout. Harris Aslam was my tutor, and has helped broaden my knowledge, as well as supported me with any questions or topics I didn’t understand. He helped me feel more confident leading up to my exam, and helped me achieve a distinction! Very happy with the support I received. Thank you!

When I left school in 2024, I unfortunately did not pass my GCSE's, I had struggled in school and it made me believe I wouldn't be able to pass my retakes. I then worked at a nursery but knew it wasn't for me. My sister worked for an estate agency, I knew I wanted more of a career than a temporary job. I got the job and I was very excited but of course nervous as I knew this was a big role for a 16 year old. After discussing with my sister and manager we decided I would retake my maths and english at level 2 (this was intimidating for me as I had only ever worked at foundation level in school) and a level 3 business administration course (a-level work). Of course I took this on but was very nervous, I did not do business in school and thought the level of the work would be too high for me. After my brief meeting to have a rundown of what the course included, I was a lot more calm but still very nervous. I then was assigned my assessors, Samantha Edwards for my english, Ebere Benson-Ezeh for my maths and Emma Rayne for my business admin. The style of the work was very easy to understand, my english and maths was a meeting every week for a lesson, assigned work to complete, a very straight forward and easy process, the two lovely ladies who taught me where amazing, completely comfortable to ask for help when needed, and if I ever needed a little push it did not feel intimidating. You can really feel how much the tutors care about you, and your learning. I was able to pass both my English and Maths assessments early with over 95% on all, this was such an amazing accomplishment for me knowing I had doubted myself and was working at a higher level, I had smashed it! I was then able to have complete focus on my business, working as well as doing work with an apprenticeship can be difficult, but my help from Emma Rayne made this process feel like a breeze, I have been able to form such a great relationship with her. Emma makes it known any question or help you need is absolute fine, and her efforts to help me understand topics, manage time and how to complete the work has been amazing. I cannot stress enough the effort Emma has made for me. I had some difficulty during my apprenticeship as I found out I was moving area, knowing the time and hard work I had put into this, I did not want to leave without completing the course. Emma made sure I got what I needed and has really gone above and beyond for me. Not only is she an amazing tutor with all of the work and masterclasses and my understanding of things, she always checks how I am, reminds me if there is anything I am stressed or unsure about (in her words) she is one call away. Without Emma I would not be where I am now! With all of this help and hard work, I have been able to form a plan and begin my dream of opening my own business, whilst feeling confident. I am amazing in my current role and would be able to progress. I have developed so much knowledge and life skills throughout. It is not just coursework and teams meetings, it has helped me with a lot! If you are like me, or if you have a child like me or loved one, did not get along with school very well, still finding your feet or have a dream, this is 100% the way to go. The difference this course has made over this past year has been unreal, and now I am perusing my dream in June 2026 - a place I thought I would never get too!

Not only is this a review to let everyone know how great this process has been and that I would recommend juniper to many - but also a huge thank you to the lovely ladies and juniper who helped me along the way, a huge thank you to Emma, and to make sure if anyone feels as if they are in the same situation I was - anything is possible :)

I'm coming towards the end of my Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship. This course has been fantastic and has help me massively in my role! My skills coach Darren has supported me throughout and is always on hand. He is an amazing skills coach with a hug amount of knowledge!!!

My assessor Natalie helped me all the way through with my apprenticeship and gave me lots of support.

Juniper training has been amazing with supporting me throughout the whole of my apprenticeship. My assessor, Charanjit Gill, has went above and beyond with being patient with me, supporting me and doing everything she can to help me to learn and grow! I genuinely can’t thank her and juniper enough!

I’m currently doing my apprenticeship with Juniper Training and honestly it’s been a really good experience so far. They’ve supported me a lot throughout my journey and helped me stay on track with my goals.

My tutor/assessor is really helpful and takes the time to explain things properly, especially if I don’t understand something the first time. They’re always checking in and making sure I’m progressing, which really motivates me to keep going.

What I like the most is that they don’t just focus on the coursework, they actually care about your future and what you want to do next. They’ve helped me build my confidence and improve my skills, which I know will help me in my career.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Juniper Training to anyone thinking about doing an apprenticeship. They really support you and help you achieve your next steps in life.

My experience with juniper has been amazing since starting with safah.
Safah has been the one who helped and supported me to get my qualification I couldn’t have done it without her. I’m so grateful for all that she has helped me with , growing my confidence in getting my course done!

My grandaughter had a great experience with Juniper Training on her apprenticeship. I can not praise the staff enough (especially Latoyah) for their exceptional support and helpfulness. Latoyah went above and beyond to assist my grandaughter throughout her time on the course.

The support she received from tutors and skills coaches helped her achieving success in the work submitted and in her personal growth. She was well-supported, the one to one meetings, the personal approach and the readily available assistance was very much appreciated.

Juniper training is amazing! Would recommended to anyone wanting to do an apprenticeship to further their career! I started my apprenticeship in January and the support I have had from Nikol R has been beyond amazing! Nikol was amazing setting me up for the apprenticeship and the support she has given me and checking in to see how I’m doing has been great. She’s really gone above and beyond to be there when I’ve needed her! Darren my tutor Is also great in providing me with everything I’ve needed during my apprenticeship in team leading. Although I’m only 4 months in my confidence and knowledge within my job role has grown immensely!!! Thankyou Nikol and Darren!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Juniper training is great and helped me so much throughout my apprenticeship! It is full of lovely people, and huge thanks to Sharon Taylor who made my dream role possible for me with all of her help i couldn’t have done it without her, i couldn’t recommend better!

Great tutors , good support

Juniper was amazingly supportive and amazing during my level 3 apprenticeship. The masterclasses were full of information, easy to understand and the tutors leading them were lovely and so full of knowledge. My skills coach Safah also was amazing, answering any whatsapp or email at most hours to try help me, always bringing my confidence up and just pushing me over the final line. I ended up with a distinction and am now going into my level 5 with the same company. Couldn’t of picked anyone better!

I recently completed my course with Juniper Training and successfully passed my Level 3 qualification. Overall, my experience was really positive, and a big part of that was because of my skills coach, Safah.

Safah was incredibly supportive throughout my journey. She always made time to help me, explain things clearly, and give me useful feedback to improve my work. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and stayed on track. Her encouragement really helped build my confidence and kept me motivated until the end.

Juniper Training has been great in providing a supportive learning environment. The structure of the course and the regular support from my skills coach made a big difference to my success.

I’m really grateful for the support I received and proud to have completed my qualification.

At the beginning of my apprenticeship, I experienced some challenges with consistency with skills coaches, having three different coaches within a span of 4–5 months and receiving very limited updates. This made it difficult to maintain progress and clarity.

However, once Safah became my skills coach, my experience improved significantly. She was incredibly supportive, approachable, and proactive in providing guidance. Having direct access to her work mobile meant I could reach out whenever needed, and she always responded promptly.

Safah was a strong advocate not only for me but also for other apprentices I work with. She encouraged me to take initiative, including prompting me to request a pay increase when my salary had not been reviewed after a year. She also took the time to listen carefully to any concerns I had about my role or workplace and offered thoughtful advice.

Although she began supporting me just a few months before my EPA, Safah quickly helped me get back on track. Despite the amount of work involved, she ensured I was fully prepared, enabling me to complete my EPA on time and achieve a distinction.

Overall, Safah provided exceptional support and guidance throughout the time I worked with her. She was consistently kind, friendly, and professional, and I am extremely grateful to have had her as my skills coach.

I’ve had a really positive experience completing my apprenticeship with Juniper Training. It’s been a great balance of hands-on learning and support, allowing me to build real skills while gaining valuable workplace experience. The guidance from my skills coach has been excellent, and I’ve felt encouraged to grow and develop throughout. I definitely recommend doing an apprenticeship with Juniper Training

I would definitely recommend this people for people looking for apprenticeships, particularly the people who have just left school and wanting to get into the workplace full time.

As joining Juniper as a young individual, it helped open a lot of opportunities for me, i gained a lot of work experience from this which can be added to my CV to help me with future opportunities in a working career. The people supported and provided help for if the placement didn’t take me on or if the placement did accept me.
