I made a booking for an afternoon collection in Brisbane 1-4pm through the website. Dealt with in Victoria I believe. Got a confirmation email of the date and time. Great! Had a call to confirm, no worries, would get a message 30 minutes before arrival and could track their location. Message on the day at just after 9am to say they were on their way in 23 minutes.
Hmmmm. Called head office and said no I
wasn’t there as my collection was in the afternoon. No worries he said I will let them know, they are a bit ahead of schedule and collection will be in the afternoon. Long story short, I got to my dads unit at 1pm to be sure. At 4pm called to see where they were.
The Brisbane team had no record of my afternoon pick up. I have had a mile long round of texts with Richard in booking about this and he would not accept their mistake. Sent him my email confirmation, nope not my problem, you weren’t home in the morning even though my booking was for the afternoon. Nothing wrong with the drivers wasn’t their fault. Eventually got a call from Brisbane and they had no booking for me and he was very apologetic. I said not to worry I would find someone else.
Crikey, Richard in Vic is now getting his solicitors onto me. I’m happy for him to bring it on. As I said to him, I can’t complain about the service because there wasn’t any.
I know there are a lot of positive reviews but the logistics side of it needs some attention.

It was so easy to get a quote. They turned up pretty much on the dot of ny appointment time frame and were great. They ended up taking more than we initially thought agreed to, due to a stuff up on my end, but they were absolutely champs and just adjusted the price. Definitely worth the money to avoid the hassle of trying ti figure iut what to do myself. Would 100% book them again.

Best and most decent guys you can get for clearing out your rubbish, had 12 square metres worth of household rubbish painstakingly removed and so carefully done too.
I'll be calling them back shortly for the outside and garage junk shortly.
And best prices around, don't bother with skips and or any other company for that matter, you'll be wasting your time.

Right from my online enquiry the Junk team were highly professional and responsive. On the day I messaged requesting an ETA and received a response indicating their current job and the time it would take for them to reach me. Once they were on their way I was able to track the team online and received a call when they were a few minutes out. Upon arrival they checked what I needed to have removed, took a photo, and proceeded to take all items out with care.
They did need to move my couch to fit an armchair out the door, and carefully placed the furniture back into place afterward.

The team was highly professional while remaining approachable and friendly. Many thanks to Tim and Willy(?) for their work today.

Would definitely use their service again, and will be recommending to friends.

I googled on my phone last Friday, smsed them and they replied promptly and then organised to come today. All was done quickly. They kept in touch with me via a text msg as I am deaf. They let me know they're on their way beforehand and I was able to track the van on the link they provided. Very pleased with the service.

Same day service staff were gentlemen and made me feel comfortable not once were judging, for an older lady I was very impressed,
