JUNK Rubbish Removal Reviews 

I enquired one morning then they called me 5 times in one day while I was busy at work starting from 6:38am. Some people might appreciate this but it felt like I was being harassed. I didn’t have a chance to get back to them. Then I said I will no longer need their services and they wrote quite a rude response back saying “ You contacted us Natalie. We didn't solicit your business. We have contacted you four times without a reply until now. We won't contact you again.” But I didn’t have a chance to reply.. it has only been 10 hours and 5 calls. Just a bit full on for me before I could try them out.

The whole process from booking to pick up day went smoothly. Thanks to the tracking, I was able to know when the trucks will be arriving. The messages and mails sent for confirmation were really useful. John and Zelko worked efficiently and made it so easy for me. To be able to contribute to less waste and knowing that many items will be repurposed are at least two of the reasons I decided to go with Junk.com.au.

Totally exceptional service. Prompt, friendly, professional. Called me within 5mins of query. Ended up with same day service.

The team arrived on time then worked efficiently and effectively. They were friendly and courteous-a couple of nice blokes. Well done.

They do their job fast but it's pricey and they do not pick up the phone to make changes but they call you when they need to get in contact and make changes. Claimed they were cheaper than a skip bin and claimed that the council won't take all the things even though they did previously which was twice this size. The the total cost here was $849. Don't recommend if you can get hard rubbish or skip bin. They can not give you an actual price and is around $890 for cancellation fee. They can not give an actual estimate, but it's $90 per square meter. They will also get VCAT involved if you don't pay so its honestly better going somewhere else if you need to save money and are able to put the rubbish outside for hard rubbish. But if not and don't really care how much it is, go do you. But yeah I wouldn't come back. Thanks for doing it but yeah never again

Initial experience was positive, but for what I perceived as about 4-5 cubic metres of garage junk, was then told it was 10 when everything was loaded into the truck . Was told I had a discount of 50% but was later told this was only on the service fee.
When questioning the invoice was immediately threatened with VCAT and that they were going to dump the rubbish back at my new property that they alledgely knew the address of. How they got that I have no idea. Definitely shady and very illegal without my consent. Richard is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life.
Ended up paying the invoice to not have to deal with this deceptive business anymore.
Would not waste your time and money with this so called business.

Got on to the Dudes at Junk at 10.00am a crew arrived at 11.30am the same day. The guys hooked and had all my Junk gone in no time. Great price very professional.
I didn't have lift a finger. No loading trailers and going to the tip.
Highly recommended these guys for your next spring clean.

I was given an approx quote of $500 . when rubish was picked up they said we has 10 Cubic Mts of rubbish, to which i say rubbish. My poor wife was then asked to pay $1000 for the removal.
I would suggest you get a firm quote from these people before they load their truck and charge more

From booking to pickup people were easy to deal with. Communications were good and pricing explained prior to pickup. Would recommend.

I 100% recommend using these folks! Professional friendly service, super quick and really well priced. On top of that, they take everything except asbestos, recycle everything that can be recycled, AND any items which are still usable go to people in need who can't afford to buy their own furniture etc. So getting them to remove your junk follows the ideal of reuse and recycle. All around they are a fantastic service and I couldn't be happier!

Cleaned out the garage prior to moving house. Rang these guys for a quote on removal particularly for some old household chemicals, paint etc. These guys responded promptly, communicated well and turned up on time. Very friendly and got on with the job. No complaints. I was very happy with the service.
